Jade had lost all rationality by this point, hacking and slashing away at the thing. It needed to die. It needed to DIE!

She kept knocking it back. The dimension around them slowly broke down, which would allow them to transform.

Jade grabbed her gun and fired it the monster. Using a free finger she swapped batteries, before firing again. This time she transformed, with a manifestation of Drakeras's skull bashing into his head. As she transformed she kept firing, aiming every where on it she could.

The monster stumbled around, but started using chains to block the shots. It approached, figuring she couldn't get past the chains. It would have her again soon, and then go right back to the emotions.
"Use Caesar!" Thorne called, coughing hard.

Not needing to hear him say it twice, Jade loaded the battery into her gun. She rolled the barrel down her arm, engulfing it in a glowing white aura. She pulled back and threw all of her weight into a punch to the thing's teeth.

It tried to use chains to stop her arm, but as soon as they got close, they were cut apart. "What?" the Deboss called as it took the punch, its face being cut up. It staggered back, face pretty much completely destroyed.

She aimed three more punches at him, one to his gut, one to the throat, and one to the groin for good measure.

The monster stumbled back, collapsing and blowing up. It was dead.
Thorne was sitting on the ground yet, rubbing his throat.

Jade ended her transformation, only to hear Drakeras roar from behind her. She turned and looked at him, smiling. "Thanks" she said, before noticing the small mass beside him. Dryvern was hovering next to him, having shrunk down to his weakened state. He flew over and hugged her, patting him on the head. "You alright over there Gato?"

He nodded and came up. "Yeah," he said, his voice weak. He walked over to her, "I feel I should be more worried about you, than you are of me."

Dryvern growled slightly, but she flicked him on the head. "Yeah, I'll be fine" she said looking at Thorne.

"A bit" Jade said, flicking him. He growled, unable to speak. "Oh quiet Buck." Dryvern narrowed his eyes and growled at being compared to a dog, which made Jade just crack up.
