Takatora has his own scientist who helps him calibrate and work on his equipment and techniques. Said scientist is the one who's named his equipment and techniques after "Bleach", even if it only pertains to him (Seele Schneider as opposed to Sonic Arrow), and Takatora doesn't actually are, he goes with it.
Said scientist also helped him with his Driver so he doesn't have to change in the middle of a fight and be put in mortal danger.

Whenever he gets a new employee, Paul gives them several pieces of Yggdrasil tech. This ensures that they familiarise themselves with the technology Yggdrasil creates, and, besides, who doesn't like free stuff?
Mentor once fraternised with Magic Land's equivalent of Marilyn Monroe. She once polished his ring.

An interesting note is that Medici and King DON'T get new head-pieces when changing their Arms. Their heads remain in a default rather than taking the add-ons.
Also, the Drivers for the three Frost adults don't yell out anything, not even Arms changes or finishing attacks. Silent and stealthy.
