The White Wizard quickly parried before twirling his Cane and locking the naginata into his grip, preventing the mage (who resembled a certain archtype) from attacking any further. He looked and him and said. "A mere mage has no chance against me."
DUPE, NOW
With that, the White Wizard summoned a clone that went over to Koyomi and picked up her. He needed to make sure she won't get recaptured in the middle of this ordeal.

"You think me a mere Mage?" he questioned, swinging his claw up, twisting his body and releasing his grip on the naginata. As he twisted he shot his arm back for his Magnum, hoping to get a rotation and fire on the clone.
Two of his Mages were still actively able to fight, and were tending to the wounded for now.

The White Wizard elbowed downwards, stopping the claw from hitting him. Unfortunately, he lost grip and the naginata was freed from the Cane's lock. All the while, he saw the mage reaching for his gun-like weapon and firing it.
The White Wizard's clone was hit in the back, but he shrugged it off and continued trying to flee, making a run towards the door. To make sure the lion mage won't get in the way, the original White Wizard deliberately grabbed him by his yellow cape, trying to keep him in place.

"Go!" he shouted to his Mages. Two at full health, two wounded, one still down. They hefted their broomstick spears and moved to guard the door, readying Rings as well.
Kizaki looked at the white-clad magician. He flexed his claw and twisted himself, driving it for Fueki, funneling mana into his claw for a stronger attack.

The original White Wizard merely learned to the right, the attack missing him by an inch. He released his grip on his cape and swung his Hamel Cane in an overhead motion.
The WW clone braced himself and scanned a new ring.
RUSH, NOW
He picked up speed and dashed past the mages, while holding Koyomi tightly so he wouldn't drop her midrun. The speed magic would only work for a few seconds, but it gave him some distance from his pursuers.

Kizaki swung his right arm up, powering it with mana to form a claw. He smashed it into the Cane, defending himself, and readying another claw strike with his larger claw for Fueki's midriff.
His Mages went in pursuit of the copy.

Kizaki's charged up attack collided with his cane and knocked him backwards, but this inadvertently also saved him from being hit by Kizaki's second claw strike.
Upon realizing that it was a waste of time doing this, he switched his priorities of catching up with his copy and Koyomi first. Placing a new ring on his finger, he activated its effect.
RUSH, NOW
And he was off and out off the room before Kizaki could attack him again.

Teleport
Normally it was impossible, but Kizaki was head of the Mage unit; his Teleport was unrestricted. The mana of the Lion Phantom was allowed through the shielding of the tower, allowing his teleport to work, dropping him outside of the main entrance, where he switched rings and waited.

The White Wizard had to push the utmost limit of his Rush spell to catch up with his copy and Koyomi. Deciding to conserve magic, the two WW's remerged into one and he with Koyomi in his arms, darted his eyes around to look for an exit.
Unfortunately for him, this tower was like a damn maze. There were too many corridors and uncertain routes, only made worst by the fact that the mages were catching up fast...

The Mages were indeed in pursuit. There was only one way out, so they figured if they couldn't take care of him, they just had to force him there, where Kizaki was going to be waiting.
They began to throw Explosion spells down the hallways for the mage in white.

The White Wizard scanned a defensive ring, to shield Koyomi and himself from further harm.
BARRIER, NOW
The mage's feeble explosion did not even leave a dent on his golden forcefield, but each blow had him inching towards the one entrance left - the main exit. Without his Teleport Ring working, the White Wizard was limited in terms of options.

Kizaki lifted his Magnum, focusing mana into the barrel. He could hear the commotion inside; they were coming. He wanted to end this in one shot, if he could, so he poured a lot of mana in, just shy of his Finale Ring's power.

The White Wizard continued backing up, but then quickly switched rings and utilized it.
PSYCHOKINESIS, NOW
Altering the gravity around him with his mind, he lifted his hand up and clenched into the fist, raising the air pressure around him and throwing the mages off their Scarper brooms and flattening them to the ground. As he continued crushing them, he muttered. "Amateurs."
What the White Wizard didn't know that he had backed up too far and he was within Kizaki's view...and aim.

Kizaki didn't say a word. He just fired, unleashing a massive burst of golden energy that continued to fly from his Magnum as he unleashed all of the pent-up mana. He didn't care how much damage he did, as long as this man was taken out.

The solid beam hit the White Wizard squarely in the back.
"Uha!" he shouted as he felt a sharp and burning sensation in his back followed by a powerful that pushed him forward, coming face first in the ground, dropping Koyomi in the process as the latter rolled across the floor in front of him.
