Ok, yeah, he felt terrible. He pulled them apart and then proceeded to give Jade, and then Annabelle a quick kiss, "Ok, so, sorry about that. What can I do to make it up to you?"

Jade glared right back, trying to size up Annabelle. She could take her, she could take her ass down.
Dryvern quietly landed behind Thorne, watching the fight.

He checked the Battery, "Good," he muttered, loading it and activating it to kill the effects. Good, this would be over at least... As the power of the Battery spread to negate the effects, chains whipped out from various places around them, grabbing the two girls around the chest, pinning their arms down. One set strangled Thorne and lashed at Dryvern while another monster stepped out, grabbing the chained girls and sending them into the prisons on his shoulders. Not one, but three of the chain monsters emerged; the same monster Thorne and Jade had killed not too long ago. Two vanished with the jailor, while one kept up attacking Thorne and Dryvern, and then vanished when it was satisfied. |

Dryvern's eyes widened as he saw Jade get captured. "Again?!" he asked, enraged, before leaping at the thing. He intended to rip it apart by hand.

Annabelle was a little dazed for a moment, but snapped out when the chains grabbed her. She tried to strain, but then the cage grabbed her. It all happened so fast.
"Chains? Really?" Annabelle asked, inside the cage.
