I really should put a cap on Energy Lockseeds.. it doesn't make sense that so many keep falling into the hands of civilians...
Also, you need permission from Sohn and Rei to use their respective ones.
I really don't like you using Lemon regardless since that seems to be Duke's only Lockseed at this point. What's the point of having Duke, locking him for three appearances and all that if we're just going to give his Lockseed away to somebody else?
