Roxy beamed, before remembering Annabelle was moving in too. Her smile diminished at the thought.
"So, we can all get our own rides back, I presume?" Annabelle said.

"Well, the twins are pretty badly injured, and Carnorekka hates doing favors, so I think I'll need a ride with one of you."

"Me!" Both Annabelle and Roxanne said immediately. They both glared at each other.

"Hmm, a dilemma indeed. But how about I let the two of you decide amongst yourselves?" Nichol laughed, stepping back a bit and grinning.

They both stared at each other angrily for a while, neither saying anything. Then Roxy growled like a caged animal. "He's mine!" She growled, tackling Annabelle to the ground. Annabelle fought back, and they rolled back and forth on the sand for a moment.

Nichol laughed, wishing he had somebody to bet with, or that they were at least in bikinis. Alas, he decided to just enjoy the moment.

A moment later, Annabelle had Roxy in a chicken wing and was sitting on top of her. "Say uncle."
Roxy struggled, kicking her legs and groaning. "Never!" She rolled over, now on top herself, and pinned Annabelle's arms to her sides, keeping her from doing anything. "Now you say uncle."

Nichol whistled, cheering the two on, getting excited over the competition. "Something tells me the bedroom will be extra fun tonight."

After a few seconds, Roxy was still on top. "You give up yet?" She asked.
Annabelle glared at her. "I can tell when I'm beaten."
Roxy stood. "Alright then. Nic, hop aboard." Parasagun leaned down, holding his mouth open.

"Indeed. Glad to see you finally found your true partner. Or at least brought him under control." Parasagun said, standing and running off.
Annabelle climbed into Allomerus's mouth, and the raptor followed.
