Some days Kayla wondered if her search even had a point. She knew the gist of what she was looking for, but not much else. She wasn't even sure where to technically begin... But then she bought herself some sort of pastry thing and everything was better. Ah food, wondrous food... She regretted having to finish it in a bit, because then her mind would go back to the entire point of what she was doing, which she really had no answers to.
But hey, for now, food.

Zack surveyed the women form his spot, looking like just a guy who bought something to eat from a stall and eating it while leaning on a wall looking at his emails. From the reports he has, this women MIGHT be Kamen Rider Drake but he wasn't sure himself. Neither of the reports mind you, as Drake rarely should him or herself. Still he had to be sure though. Well only one way to find out. Zack finished his food and walked towards the women.

Kayla was halfway done. Oh... When she finished she'd actually have to deal with something. She didn't want to finish eating this, it was so good! But she did have things to get done... She kept walking, paying more attention to the food.

"I'm doing an investigation," said Zack as he pulled out a picture from his breast pocket," This person has been sighted a couple of times and I was wondering if you have seen him or her?"
The picture Zack is showing the girl is of the half hidden image of Kamen Rider Drake.

"Oh so you do know he or she may be a Kamen Rider?" asked Zack," Well that makes it easier, I don't really need to explain what a Kamen Rider is now, yeah it's an investigation. Not anything wrong mind you, just a primary investigation before going on to the recruitment phase. I'm with the Wild Lance Irregulars and hopefully a hero like him or her would at least hear us out."

"Oh darn, looks like I have to do my job then, basically The Wild Lance Irregulars focuses on protecting people, one of our 'deals' is to set up special hospitals for monster based cases and set up security. While we do have people to fight monsters, we also try to protect the innocent."

"The problem that comes with recruitment," said Zack," One must be sure cause if we went after every rider and ranger we come across... well let me just say that is not a good idea. So background checks and currents activities are a must after all. Now I'm not trying to pick a fight and even if I was it's not with you. I'm just testing the water here miss Payne."
