Back at Yggdrasill tower, Jack Wotan was sitting at his office when two men in black entered the room.
"I'd take there were no complications?"
"None at all sir," the man lied, "The Dealer, Alexander Wong, was dealt with just as per your orders."
"Good to hear," Jack nodded, "Let that be lesson to all of those who try and steal from me. Were the Lockseeds in his possession recovered?"
"No sir..I'm afraid they were destroyed when we attacked him."
"It can't be helped then," he sighed, "We can afford to lose a few. Now leave me."
The two men bowed their heads and left the office while Jack poured himself a drink.
He always needed one when he was about to enter the forest.
It was time to receive his newest instructions...
