Overview: Kota is normally cheerful and very upbeat despite the circumstances in Zawame. He's normally easygoing, relatively levelheaded, and good-willed. Unlike most optimistic people, however, Kota has a rather limited view of the world and combined with his happy-go-lucky way of thinking has made him very naive and clueless about real-life consequences when it comes to responsibility. He may be a young man of good heart, but his mind is too clouded by sunshines and rainbows to realize the price of power and the repercussions for treating everything like a game.

That said, it doesn't mean that Kota is a typical smiling hero. If pushed too far, Kota can aggressively hold his ground and then fight back against anybody who wrongs him. Kota is a firm believer in order and peace, and anyone whose going to be a d*ck and start trouble isn't going to get away with it if they don't stop.

Name: Armored Rider Tango
Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
Henshin Device: Genesis Driver and an Energy Lockseed.
Henshin Sequence: To transform, Kota opens the lock on the Energy Lockseed, then attaches it onto the Drive Bay. Closing the lock to secure it onto place, he then grabs the handle on the Driver's right and pushes it to the left, juicing the lockseed. The initial blue-and-black bodysuit forms, but the transformation is finalized when an mechanical fruit forms above him and falls downwards while it spins, landing on his head and folding out to reveal the actual armor.

In addition, he can also wield the Sonic Arrow, which is a multipurpose weapon as a close-quarters slashing weapon or a ranged bow for precise shots. In this case, the Sonic Arrow is now charged with the power of impact, allowing harder hits and more knockback.

In addition, he can also wield the Sonic Arrow, which is a multipurpose weapon as a close-quarters slashing weapon or a ranged bow for precise shots. In this case, the Sonic Arrow's performance is pushed to its peak, increasing its lock-on capabilities gaining the ability to pierce through weakspots.

Other Equipment:

• Himawari Lockseed- a sunflower lockseed used to summon a fully grown red Elementary Inves.
• Orange Lockseed - an orange lockseed used to summon a fully grown Shika Inves.
• Dandelion Lockvehicle - transforms into a flying bike-like vehicle called the Dandeliner. Used for transportation. 

Kota's childhood was like any other kid's childhood in the town Zawame. Everything was all fun and games, with a tad bit of discipline, and his life was progressing relatively well. However, things changed when Yggdrasil arrived and changed almost everything in Zawame, which went from a town into a huge bustling city. What was suppose to make his life better, turned everything boring and upside down. Heck, Yggdrasil's policy and control over the city has made the whole place feel like some sort of Castle Town ruled by a strict King. However, Kota kept his hopes up and when he graduated high school, he and a few other high school friends formed a dance team known as Team Tango to bring some joy back to Zawame.

Of course, dancing was slowly being ruled out by the arrival of strange devices called Lockseeds which now became to norm and center attention of Zawame City. Inves Battles slowly replaced their dancing routine and although everyone got used to, Kota was not a big fan of these games. He felt these games weren't natural and there had to a be a motive behind all of it. One day, Kota stumbled upon a dimensional rift that lead to a strange forest he had never seen before. There, he unintentionally made his way into an abandoned camp, where he discovered two suitcases labelled "Yggdrasil Property", presumably left behind in a hurry. When Kota opened one of the cases, in it was a Genesis Driver and an Energy Lockseed...
