Rising Ultimate Kuuga. A power that Kiriha never wanted to have to see, a power that should never have been seen... But here it was, standing where Kiriha had stood as his grief, his rage, his anger all finally became too much for him.
Sayuri was dead.
If Kiriha were a lesser person, suicide might come to mind, but no. He was strong, but he wasn't strong enough to resist everything. No, this power shouldn't have come out, but it had. If he could think for himself, he'd fear for the lives of everyone in the area, but, well, he couldn't think. He was lost in Kuuga's raw power now, and the city lay before him.
He wanted to destroy it.

Kota was waiting patiently for his bus to show up. He had been out of Zawame for a job interview at another district, but he didn't reach an agreement with his would-be employer and the job position was called off. The street dancer sighed at his lost opportunity and he stared up at the sky blankly before looking at a movie advertisement next to him labeled "Destroyer of Worlds".
'Well my life feels destroyed...' he frowned. '..and bored...'

In his anger, with no control, raw power began to tear out around his body. And then it erupted outwards, leveling the area around him, tearing buildings apart with pure power emanating from him.

"What the hell was that?!" The impending explosion was more than clear enough for Kota to hear and see. Quickly, Kota turned his body to face where it was coming from. To his shock, the scene that unveiled before him was something out of a nightmare. The burning blaze of destruction was spreading wildly at Kota could see people panicking and fleeing from what appears to be...some sort of humanoid figure.
Kota's first assumption would be an Invess, but there's no telling what that...thing is. Of course, the dancer wasn't just going to sit there and do nothing. Placing on his Genesis Driver on and attaching an Energy Lockseed into it, he shouted. "Henshin!" and transformed.
Orange Energy ARMS! Aaaaaaaaatarashi ST-ST-ST-STAGE!
Armored up and ready to go, he unsheathed his Sonic Arrow and carefully made his towards the figure that was responsible for this havoc.

Rising Ultimate Kuuga walked through the destruction, the flames, the rubble, eyes set straight ahead. The screams of survivors rang in his ears, but he ignored them. They were nothing to him. Anything in his path fled, as it should be. And then he caught sight of the Rider...

Likewise, Kota was staring directly at the eye/visor of the black figure before him. Cautiously, he tried to communicate with him. "Hey, who are you and why are you doing this?!"

He clenched his fist as power radiated out from it, and leapt for the other man.

Kota's vain attempt for communication left him unable to dodge and the punch collided into him, sending him flying a few feet backwards. After pummeling back onto the hard concrete, he coughed in pain and struggled to get back up.

"I didn't want to do this..." Kota aimed his Sonic Arrow and pulled it back. It got a lock on the humanoid and upon the confirmation beeping, Kota fired off a charged energy energy projectile at him.

The arrow exploded as the humanoid smashed through it, and Kota was unsure if that hurt him, as he was not familiar with Yggdrasil weaponry. Nevertheless, he charged up another projectile and fired again.

Rising Ultimate Kuuga saw him doing that, and rushed forward, leaping and drawing his arm back for a punch.
