He flashbacked to the other day when that Dopant rampaged through the city and almost killed innocent people.
He clutched his fists, "You..you..bastards!"
He then flashbacked to the Burning Man, who he was sure had received the power of a Gaia Memory.
"You're the cause..of this city's suffering!"
