After a bit of walking he came upon his favorite coffee shop in the town. When he got to the door he held it open for her, gesturing for her to go in first. "Ladies first."

She could have said something, but she didn't. Silence was better for now, so she stepped in.

James followed her in and closed the door behind him. A waitress walked over to the two, a smile on her face. "Hi Harper-san! Would you like the usual table and drink?"
"That'd be fantastic" James said with a smile.

James was taken to a table by a window and brought a coffee drenched in sugar and cream. The waitress turned to Caitlin. "What would you like mam?"

"Understood" the waitress said with a smile and a bow. James turned his attention back to Caitlin, taking a sip of his coffee.
"So I haven't seen you around these parts" James said.

"My parents were first generation" James stated "I learned to phase out my accent." He took Caitlin's hand and looked into her eyes, before lasping into perfect Russian. "Вы красивее, чем пляжей Сочи, как роза потерял под российским снега."
