The grayed, "dead" Beast Battery in his hand mocked him. Caesar counted on him, and he needed to revive his ally. He had to do something, but what? His fist tightened on the Battery. Just what could he do for his partner? How was he supposed to save him? Bring him back to life?
"Thorne," a voice from the Battery spoke.
He came to his feet, "What is it?" he asked.
"Deboss," Caesar said.
Thorne looked around and closed his eyes. He tried to think, to focus. And then there was the sound of an explosion, so he ran that way.

Jade drove towards the scene on Dryvern as a motorcycle.

Thorne moved on foot, holding his Battery tight in hand. He was a bit closer, so should arrive around the same time.
The Deboss in question was humanoid and black, covered in chains.

Jade wasted no time as she drove down the street. She parked for a moment and raised her Gabyruvolver to the air. ""Kyoryuger, FIRE!"
Jade fired the gun into the air, causing a construct of Drakeras to appear. The dragon's head fired swerved back, forming her suit. A second version then follwed, forming her helmet.
"Couldn't you have waited until we got there?" Dryvern asked, his headlights blinking as he talked.
"Shut up and drive!"

Thorne summoned his sword and loaded his Battery into the hilt. He thrust it upwards, stopping to perform a few steps. Damn, he hated this, it was a waste of time for him. He had to get there, but he had to do this...
As soon as his armor formed, he ran off as fast as he could. Almost there...

Dryvern parked just short of where the Deboss was.
"Oi, Crocodile Dundee!" Jade said, slapping Dryvern on the cowl.
When she did Dryvern popped a wheelie, standing near vertically on his back tire. Jade fell off, rolling as she did. In a flash, Dryvern transformed back into his dragon form, a battery in hand. "I need to transform, kay?" He knew that after he transformed he'd only have two batteries left. "Kyoryuger, FIRE!" Purple flames bathed Dryvern quickly as he transformed back into KyroyuDrake. He dispelled the fire by throwing his arm to the side, posing dramatically. He turned back towards Jade, a hand extended. "Lets' go Hilton, kay?"
Jade cursed under her breath as she picked herself up. "How are we gonna get there?!" she asked, poking Dryvern in the chest. Jade got her answer as Dryvern grabbed her by the hand and leaped into the air, flying over.

Thorne slowed, clutching his sword tightly in hand, but the Deboss wasn't interested in him.

Dryvern dropped Jade down behind the Deboss. Both then started to open fire from behind to get his attention.

There was a problem with that plan; it had three faces, however only the front face was open. It still sensed something and tried to evade, but took a few hits.
Thorne came up alongside them, sword in hand.

Jade gave a slight wave to the other man. "Afternoon gatito bonito" she said, before aiming another blast at the monster.

The monster lashed chains around to deflect shots.

Jade quickly armed on and ran at the monster, hacking away with her Drakatana. Dryvern circled from the air, firing his guns at the monster as well.

As soon as she neared, the monster took interest. It lashed a chain out from its torso for her.

She swatted the chain away with her sword. "Try buying me a drink first" she said, firing with her gun in her other hand.

More chains continued to fly out at all of them. Thorne continued to slash them aside with his sword, but couldn't get close.
One shot down for Jade's leg while others went for her upper body.
