Overview:
More soft-spoken and reserved than anything else. He’s quiet and respectable, and spends most of his time alone. When he has his friends around, he’ll make jokes when he can, and will repeat stories and jokes from his friends when with others, as he often relies on those rather than his own.

He’s diligent and focused, but he doesn’t like to get involved in too many things. Outside of photography club there’s not much for him. He likes it that way, though. He also prefers not to really get involved in the affairs of other students, and will often sit and watch and listen instead.

He enjoys art and jazz music, along with reading and dramas. He’s reserved and attempts to come off as charming with women, although that’s about it, it’s not so much that he tries to hit on them or anything. He’s intelligent and quick witted, and works rather well under pressure.

He has a strong sense of justice and of right and wrong. He’s moral and upstanding, and will do what needs to be done to protect someone’s honor and dignity. That being said, he’s honorable and chivalrous, and attempts to be an ideal student and person.

As a photography club student, he enjoys photography and finding the beauty in things, however he only really enjoys proper photography, beautiful shots that find the soul, not just taking random pictures with phones or things like that. However, if he sees something set up and wants a picture, he’ll do what he can to keep it up until he can get his camera and get a shot.

He’s well trained, a fast and efficient fighter. He doesn’t let his skill become common knowledge, but rather keeps that hidden and uses it when need be. If he ever has to use it with others around it’s as a surprise to others.

He’s taken up Christianity instead of a more traditional Asian religion, and has become devout in his faith.

Henshin Device: Meteor Driver
Henshin Sequence: He loads the Meteor Driver onto his waist, which spins his belt out. He inserts the Meteor Switch and casts his arms out, right arm up at an angle across his left shoulder, left arm bent under his right elbow, fingers able to touch the end of the Driver. He triggers the silver switch with his fingers as he draws his arm across, and draws his other arm down. It runs over the central sphere of the Driver, causing it to spin. A blue aura comes over his body in a sphere, and his armor appears on his body.

  Fighting Style: He fights with martial arts, using rapid punches with knees and elbows, and kicks when applicable. He has no set style of combat, however.
  Weapons: Meteor Galaxy, mounted on his right arm. It gives him the abilities of Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.
  Mars gives him the ability to use flaming punches.
  Jupiter gives him high impact punches, and due to the size of the weapon projection, it gives him some defensive abilities.
  Saturn gives him bladed punches, which can also be used as projectiles to cut down a target from afar.
  Abilities: Higher stats all around, access to the Meteor Galaxy. By spinning the central sphere of his Driver Cosmic Energy builds around him in a fiery blue sphere, allowing him to become a projectile, like a meteor. However, this uses up the Cosmic Energy reserves of the Driver, so each time is going to be weaker until it stops working.
  Finisher(s): Starlight Shower: With his Meteor Switch in the Galaxy, he uses a shining series of rapid punches.
  Mars and Jupiter give him powerful Rider Punches as well. With Mars he states “This hand of mine is burning red. Its fiery roar tells me to defeat you!”, and Jupiter is “This hand of mine glows with an awesome power. Its destined power tells me to claim victory!” The punches at full power are finishing attacks for him.
  With the Meteor Switch in his Driver, and striking it, he can use a variation of Starlight Shower as a Rider Kick.
• Form Name: Kamen Rider Meteor: Storm Prototype

  Motif: Meteor
  Color Scheme: Blue, gold, red
  Transformation: He uses the Storm Switch and loads it into his Driver in place of his Meteor Switch. Once it’s loaded, he spins the motor piece, which spirals Cosmic Energy out and around his body, forming his armor.
  Fighting Style: Same as before, but now with a staff thrown into the mix, primarily to put an enemy off guard to get clear shots in, or switching punches with thrusts.
  Weapons: Storm Shaft, which allows him to harness the Galaxy through it, using Mars for flaming blows, Jupiter for heavy blows, and Saturn for bladed blows. He also has the Meteor Galaxy yet.
  Abilities: Stats boosted by 1.5 to 2 times. However, he can only hold this form for 3 minutes before all of his Cosmic Energy is expended in his Driver. It’s a prototype that hasn’t been working properly, so he can’t use it for more than 3 minutes.

Being born as an only child meant that Sakuta had to entertain himself a lot. He tried to find hobbies, but that didn’t work out overly well alone. His parents had him enroll in things that might interest him, martial arts being one. He made friends there, and learned a lot.

He kept with it for years, while at the same time being shown other options, because his parents didn’t like the idea of him getting this involved in martial arts. Photography stuck for him, as did studies of other religions and cultures. Because of these he took up Christianity as his religion, and photography as a hobby.

He became a diligent, reserved and quiet student, but did well. His martial arts discipline really helped him in these regards. Whenever he could he joined in with photography, any clubs or others with the same interests, things like that. He liked most of the people, but only kept a few (in all regards; martial arts, photography) as true friends that he still has.

When he entered AGHS as a first year student he joined the photography club. He became even better with these people who all had their own defined styles, and he was able to work more on his own.

He did well as a student. At the start of this newest year strange things started to happen. Monsters began to appear; some students were vanishing, things like that, things that couldn’t be stopped. Sakuta wanted to do something, but couldn’t. He had no power.

Due to the large concentration of Cosmic Energy that was building up at AGHS, the organization OSTO got involved. They had already been developing a system to harness Cosmic Energy, and dispatched someone to the area of the school to deal with the problem and try to put an end to the Zodiarts.

It didn’t go well. The enemy proved stronger; technology couldn’t compete against skill and power. The OSTO member was killed in action, but Sakuta retrieved the belt and Switch before it was destroyed. He had been in the area taking pictures, and had seen the fight.

He transformed into Meteor and fought, but was defeated. He held his own long enough to force a retreat, however. Sakuta collapsed; this fight was something greater than he had ever experienced in the past.

He trained harder, and used his new technology. He was brought into contact with a representative of OSTO who monitored the situation of Cosmic Energy from space, from an orbital station. They figured this middleman was the best way to go, but weren’t thrilled about having a child using their system.

They eventually relented to Sakuta being the Meteor user when one of their higher ups convinced them that youth was the key to the future, and that they were better off as aiding, rather than fighting. So the organization allowed Sakuta to remain as Meteor, and as their agent within AGHS in defeating the Acolyte threat.
