Overview:
A man who is charming and charismatic, a leader and father among his men. He’s forward most of the time, leaving no room for misinterpretation among his words. He’s serious, yet kind, but can unleash a large temper when pushed too far.

His hate towards Interpol knows few bounds, but why he hates them like he does is a secret for him, and possibly some at Interpol from his time. He hates to see people die, but puts up with it. It has to happen sometimes. His own men dying are a very hard event for him to bear, as they gave themselves to him.

He is incredibly smart and very good with technology. He’s a skilled combatant and a skilled marksman. He likes technology, and relies on it, but also relies on the lack of it, not wanting running out or being jammed (EMP, etc.) to be his downfall.

He is a secretive man as well, as anyone is. He lets nobody know his secrets, however. Not his closest allies, not his top allies, nobody. He can’t let people know his weaknesses, what he loves, what he hates. That part of him is closed off to everybody else.

Henshin Sequence: He twists the dial, causing the glasses to deploy and for a red aura to start circling around his body in the form of code. The Brace states “It’s Morphin Time!” at the same time he does as he lifts the glasses in front of his eyes, causing his helmet to appear and for the glasses to form the eyes of the helmet.

  Fighting Style: Ravinn prefers to keep back and shoot, and use his gun in close quarters rather than his blade. He’ll sometimes mix weapons from his personal collection in.
  Weapons:
  • Ichigan Buster: a camera which becomes a firearm. Capable of being used as a camera to read energy signatures and the like via pictures or looking through it in video function mode. As a sidearm it fires data-like yellow shots. By changing the F/Stop he can change how powerful the weapon is by changing the Aperture of the camera. The lower the F/Stop, the stronger the blast. The higher, the smaller and more refined the blast. He can change the ISO settings to draw in more power from the environment; any sort of power compatible with the weapon, such as Enetron.
    
  • Sougan Blade: a pair of binoculars which can read energy signatures from a distance when in use, and zoom in and out. It becomes a long combat knife for close range battle.
    
  • Ichigan Buster Special Mode: the combination of both weapons, able to fire a stronger blast which is meant to be a kill shot.
    
  • Transpod: hitting it allows him to summon his arsenal to the field.
  
  His Brace gives him a series of wires as well, letting him use grappling and binding.
  Abilities: His suit grants him boosts of high speed, appearing like teleportation. His suit also gives him higher stats overall and a HUD.
  
  The suit is based on being lighter and smaller, like a normal Sentai suit. But underneath the leather are layers of electron webs and cells, which also form over the leather to give him more protection. Underneath are wires and circuitry, running through the suit, giving him help in his stats.
  
  His helmet is separate from his visor. The visor is self-contained, giving analytical views and scans. He’s able to read situations and signatures in moderate range, unlike the larger range that his weaponry provides him.
  
  In his legs, specifically, he has extra circuitry and units built into his suit. This allows him to utilize high speed bursts by focusing the suit’s energy into the legs. This extra circuitry doesn’t show anything, and the boots help contain it, thus keeping his legs less bulky than they should be.
  
  His helmet is designed for more than just defense. It’s designed for protection, along with heightened senses, hearing and vision. His helmet helps with moderating it to avoid sensory overload.

The man’s past is largely unknown. What is known is that he spent his childhood between Spain and the Netherlands, as his parents were one of each. His childhood was partially spent on the island of Sint Eustatius, living in a small city by the shore.

When he was fifteen something happened to his parents, and he ended up in the care of relatives. Said relatives were targets of Interpol, for various crimes against the people of the Netherlands. Interpol came in and eliminated one of them. They found the other already dead. Ravinn had killed him when he heard the gunshots. He wasn’t scared of the Interpol agents, and said that he was expecting something to happen. In a show of good faith, he disarmed his weapon, dropping the clip and pulling the slide off and letting the parts fall.

Interpol took him in, impressed with the skills he had picked up without training. He had shot and killed his relative with little to no hesitation, and knew about the gun after a single use. They further found that Ravinn was technically minded, and very clever and intelligent. He picked up information quickly and had no qualms about doing dirty work when it was needed.

After three years of training, at the age of eighteen, he became an Interpol agent in the black ops field, before it was black ops. At that time it was glorified spying and assassinations without the firepower or equipment or even the danger of the black ops. Interpol would later disown black ops, but they never did these agents, as this was something they took pride in.

When the Busters technology was developed, he was the first user of the prototype suit. It was successful, and thus the later versions were put into development. His input was used on the future Buster series due to his worksmanship and his test driving of the suits.

He developed his own combat suit, the SG1 suit, based on military specifications, but built up to something even better. He would keep this suit as a kind-of-tank for later use.

During one mission something went wrong. He failed to call in at the checkpoint, and nobody could be reached. His team wasn’t responding back to base either. Ravinn had killed them all and, while in Afghanistan in 2004, he stole what they were sent to retrieve. The schematics to an EMP satellite that the Afghani were going to sell to the highest bidder, which appeared to possibly be Russia.

Ravinn was successful in using his stolen Morphin Brace to call the CB-01 prototype to him. He stole the prototype Ace along with his own SG1 system and the prototype Brace, fleeing to places unknown.

This would be when his name would be changed to Ravinn Wolf. He established both Grey Snow and Lost Heaven while working on the technology. He created the Red Buster system by hacking Interpol computers for the information, making a copy. He remodeled the prototype Ace with new equipment, making the prototype superior to the finished product, as far as he was concerned. And he took the blueprints and toyed with what to do.

In the meantime he would send Lost Heaven to do his bidding and cause terror at various points to keep Interpol and other agencies off of him. He developed the EMP weapon with the help of others in his employ, but it wasn’t working quite properly.

To make his plans work, he began to buy up stock in Reagan Applications. When he managed to get up to 46 percent of the stock, he managed to hack into Reagan’s personal information and steal five percent from the man himself. Unable to prove anything, and with his backers looking to him as if he had sold out, Ravinn made him a deal. He would return the stock in exchange for various ‘toys’. This included an aimbot gun and ammo, EMP shielding technology, and the components he needed for the satellite.

Ravinn has also made a contract with Foundation X, using them as well for resources while he provides them with weaponry (even if some of it is Reagan, and some of it is Reagan with his own modifications).

Currently Ravinn is waiting to get his satellite deployed into space, and working on other plans, one of his main goals being to crush Interpol since they can pose a threat to him, since they know him.
