Posture: Jessica walks like your typical blonde party girl a lot of the time. But when she is on the prowl for goods or has transformed into OOO, she changes her stance entirely. She walks with authority, as if she is cop in a Kevlar vest being shot at by kids with Nerf guns. She is aloof, and unshakable.
Scars/ Tattoo’s/ Other markings: Jessica has a number of healing scars across her torso and upper arms. She has a ribbon design tattooed on her lower back; a blue ribbon with a navy stripe. This ribbon is the one dedicated to Hardison’s Disease awareness.
Accessories: She wears seven different sapphire rings on her hands, each of various designs and makes. Some are class rings, some are engagement rings, and one is a championship ring from a boxing championship. The only things that they have in common are that they are all worth at least five digits and were all stolen. The only finger without a ring is her right pinky, because she hasn’t found the correct ring for it yet.
Clothes: Jessica dresses rather provocatively most of the time. She will normally wear cutoff jeans and a tube top, though she is rarely seen without her hoodie as well. When she is sitting around the house she will wear slightly more conservative fare. When she is out on a mission she’ll put on a black jacket (detailed below).

Weaknesses:

• Jessica is positive for Stage Zero of Hardison’s Disease. Hardison’s Disease is a bloodborn, neurodegenerative disease. Stage Zero is the term for when symptoms haven’t shown up yet, but the person has the condition. Stage One causes weakness in the muscles, causing movement to be hindered in some cases. Other symptoms can include coughing, a fever that comes and goes, paralysis, shortness of breath/asthma, and blindness in one eye or both eyes. Stage Two is when the disease becomes lethal. In Stage Two systems start to shut down entirely, with no rhyme or reason.

• Flipping a coin into the air; she does something similar as OOO but with Cell Medals.
  
• Instead of sliding Cell Medals into a RideVendor, she’ll throw them. Note that this is only done if she is approaching the RideVendor, so that she can just press the button when she gets to it.
  
• When she dodges an attack by turning into liquid she usually stands there and lets the slash or bullet simply pass through her.

Relationships:

• Mezool: Her pseudo-benefactor, who has promised her a cure. Jessica isn’t entirely sure if she trusts her, but knows that she has no options.
  

Overview: Jessica has basically accepted that she has no future. As such she spends a lot of time at clubs and bars. She’ll often sleep with anything that has a penis as long as he is moderately attractive and isn’t too annoying. She rarely does anything in advance, not knowing whether or not she’ll actually get to do said activity.

Even though Jessica has accepted her disease, she is paranoid about it advancing. She carries a handkerchief at all times and instinctively covers her face whenever someone coughs. She absolutely refuses to do anything sexual that doesn’t involve a condom. Her apartment is oddly immaculate, to the point where she can use her sinks as a mirror. She has quit smoking, always having her ecigs on her. Because she used to chainsmoke she’ll usually go through a pack of Blu a day.

Jessica’s old habit of stealing everything not nailed down hasn’t died either. Every time she sees something valuable she’ll instantly try to figure out its value. She made a killing on the Price Is Right. She still snatches purses and wallets when she wants to. In fact every jacket she wears multiple pockets for that purpose.

Hero Stuff

Henshin Device: OOO Scanner and OOO Driver
Henshin Sequence: Jessica slides her Medals into the OOO Scanner one at a time. She then tilts the Driver and swipes the Scanner over it. The Driver then declares “Shachi – Unagi – Tako! Sh-sh-shauta. Sh-sh-shauta!” While it does this, a thousand glowing medals surround her, before crashing into her and forming her suit.
Forms: Jessica can take on a number of half forms by using the other six sets of Core Medals. ShaUTa is simply her preference and her base.

  Fighting Style:  Jessica's fighting style is designed to be quick and practical. She uses her whips for distance attacks, her echolocation to cover her blindspot, and shoots water as a long range attack. Combine this with her liquid ability to dodge and a  few blows to immobilize a target, and your all set.
  Weapons: ShaUTa’s main weapons are her Unagi Whips, a pair of electrified whips.
  Abilities: The medals that make up ShaUTa give Jessica a range of new abilities. Her Tako legs allow her to walk on any surface, including being upside down, because of suction cups on them. Likewise, they can split into tentacles. Her Unagi medal gives her the Unagi Whips, and leaving them in the shoulders charges them with electricity. Her Shachi head medal allows her to project steams of water, breath underwater for upto three hours, and receive and emit sonic waves. When all three Medals are used together Jessica can turn into a liquid state.
  Finisher(s): This form’s finisher is the Octo Banish, where OOO liquefies his lower body to propel himself upward, then use the Unagi Whips to drag the opponent upward while OOO goes back down using the Octo Legs to form a drill to burst through the opponent.

Other Equipment:

There are a lot of things you could say led to Jessica turning into a thief. You could say that it was a way to act out after her father would verbally abused her. You could say that it was a reaction to her mother’s death. You could even argue that it was a reaction to being put through several foster homes. But whatever the case is, she became a MASTER thief. Jessica knew the ins and outs of infiltration, lock picking, and pick pocketing.

One night she was out celebrating – and burning the money from – a successful run. Sometime during the night she managed to get lucky. Two months later she went to her doctor for a routine physical, which was when she was told of the bad news. Jessica completely denied it for a few weeks. I mean, how could she have Hardison’s? But during a run her anger got the better of her and she nearly bungled the entire thing. She had to lay low for a couple months, relocating from Glasgow to Cardiff in the meantime.

One day she met a strange woman at a local beach, who had an offer for her. If she helped the woman get these weird medals she was looking for, Jessica could be cured.
