Overview:
Riley is immensely cocky, a perfectionist who does not tolerate failure from anyone, even himself. He’s never cared for a social life, and has avoided it as much as possible over the years, and the military didn’t help in that regard. He views himself and other heroes as those who must protect the weak, but he has his own perceptions of strength.

Riley views those who have powers and the ability to fight with much harsher eye than others. He detests those who are weak, and yet have the ability to fight. He questions why they fight, and why they were given the ability to, due to their weaknesses.

Due to having scored multiple kills with the prototype systems of the GENERATION series, Riley’s arrogance has increased. He’s overly self-assured, very arrogant, but he is still a soldier and still will take his orders, and tries not to put out his feelings of superiority on the civilians he’s supposed to be protecting.

He’s rather intelligent and has learned how to operate and repair the G3 system himself if that need were ever to arise. He holds respect for his fellow fighters, if they’re able to do a proper job, but is unwilling to eat his words or take back anything he’s said if someone he perceives as weak proves otherwise.

His heart is in the right place, but he has troubles showing any real emotions to people. He’s a soldier, a born fighter. Competitive and short tempered at times, Riley still manages to hold anything in that he needs to in order to be a proper fighter and member of SABER.

Henshin Sequence: He opens the G-Responder and hits a three number keycode sequence. His body is covered in an electron cell suit, which then is able to process and summon his G3 armor, generating from his feet up, and his hands up, covering four areas at once as it transports.

  Weapons: G3 is armed with a myriad of weapons, both close and long ranged:
  Arm-mounted mace, with retractable cord. Allows him to shot the spiked ball out and then draw it back in.
  Arm-mounted laser drill, allows him to use a high powered short ranged drill on a target for cutting.
  Arm-mounted chainsword, a blade with a chain system inside of it, allowing it to spin and cut at high speeds.
  Arm-mounted riot shield, for use in defending himself while using one of his arm-mounted weapons.
  High impact firearms:
  Shotgun, which can fire electrical shells, or armor-piercing shells. Can also be outfitted with a rubber-cement-type shell, for slowing/stopping a target.
  Pistol, which fires ionized energy rounds. However, due to the nature of the shells, it can only be used in relatively close range for maximum effect. He has a second handgun that fires high impact/armor piercing rounds.
  Machinegun, which fires armor piercing rounds at high speeds.

  Abilities: Strong armor, which boosts his strength and defense, but causes him to be slower. He has a HUD to give him any tactical data that he needs, along with a communication system built into the helmet. The HUD is also linked to any scope he adds to his weapons, giving him even more precision.

Riley was born into a military family. His father was in the Australian Royal Air Force, his grandfather in the army, and back farther yet. From the time Riley was able to understand what the military was, he knew he was going to be going into it; his father told him as much.

He was pushed as a child to become stronger, to learn how to fight and shoot. He didn’t have many friends, because he wasn’t allowed to bring any home, or spend time with them outside of school. It was always school, come home, work, sleep, and repeat.

All of his hard work paid off. He lacked a social life, but came to realize he didn’t need one. He entered the military after high school, becoming a soldier. He stayed in it for years, seeing some action in Iraq. He didn’t come back after his last service ended.

After the war he found himself being sought by an organization called SABER, which recruited him into their ranks. He was happy to join and be able to do something about the monsters that were plaguing parts of the world.

He was given the GENERATION 1 armor to test, and then the GENERATION 2. He was given GENERATION 3, and was made the primary operator when it became a proper fit for him. He learned how to fight in it, how to use the weaponry, and how to repair and maintain it.

He saw actual deployment a handful of times, and scored kills with each one, getting more and more used to the suit with each deployment and battle. During his last deployment, he went up against an Orphnoch with fangs.

He started summoning his suit, but the Orphnoch struck faster. He tried to block with his left arm, but the armor wasn’t fully in place yet, and the teeth tore through the steel. The Orphnoch had Riley wounded, unable to do much, and was probably going to kill him. He only managed to save himself by taking his handgun from his leg as it spawned and firing through the Orphnoch’s head.

Due to the damage on the suit, he was taken out of action for a while. It also gave his arm time to heal. During this time the Mild and X attachments were made for the G3 system, and G4/5 were put into production as well.

When Riley’s arm finally healed he was sent back into deployment, and is now traveling as ordered by SABER.
