Overview: Frei is an interesting character. He calls himself a "connoisseur of women", when in reality, he's just a perv. He's fond of stealing a woman's underwear while she's wearing it. However, he's very possessive. If he has his eye on something or someone, he regards it as his. If he views anyone interacting with something or someone he regards as his, he will freak right the fuck out. Ironically, he views it as stealing.

His head is his normal human head, but his mouth is split open almost like the Glasgow smile, with pointed teeth stretching all the way across, and bright red hair.

Frei was the sixth Ars Phantom, born of man's collective despair. He immediately developed a talent for stealing, as his relative physical size was small. He managed to escape into the world alongside Baal and the others, where they rampaged for a bit, causing the end of the Roman Empire and the start of the Dark Ages. Due to his talent with sneaking, he managed to escape when the White Wizards sealed most of the Ars Phantoms. He found himself being the most senior Ars Phantom on the mortal plane, as the others had been unable to escape. He rejected a leadership position, and began wandering.
He began finding an interest in human women. This interest blossomed into a preoccupation, and he found that as he tormented women, the women he victimized often turned into Phantoms. So he kept it up, proliferating his people across the world. To keep himself occupied when not doing this, he invented the Phantom Fox, one of the world' first thieves-for-hire. He hires his services out to anyone who has the money and wants something stolen. Bad.
Just recently, he's discovered a way to free Baal. So he's been setting about doing that, trying to bring his master back into the world.
