Overview:
Katsumi is a cold, uncaring man. He’s serious and shows no humor, nor does he revel in pain, or anything. He’s cold and indignant at all times. Failure doesn’t deter him, success doesn’t please him. He just lives to carry on, seeking something to truly live for, to fight for.

He has no problems with murder. At one point in his life he did, but he’s grown past that. He’ll kill anyone in his way who tries to stop him or his goals. The only thing that stops him is children; he refuses to kill or hurt them. He still has shreds of humanity left in him, but they’re fleeting.

His immortality bores him. He’ll walk through a hail of gunfire if he has to, not caring about his own body or the pain he feels. He’ll often ask people “Will you be the one to finally kill me?” He’s not being cocky; he’s being as genuine as he can be. He WANTS to die. He feels numb, lost in sorrow, despite not showing it.

He will often ignore people, they mean nothing to him. He’s undying, they die. He considers himself far from human, even if he is still one. He considers himself something else entirely, something unclean, impure.

He has some sense of justice left in him, but it’s been slowly replaced by a sense to do what the man paying his bills wants; he works as a mercenary, a soldier, an assassin, anything for money. His sense of justice is long since dead and gone.

Katsumi’s past is lost, it doesn’t bear any meaning. He’s had incidents in the past, including being found in a bombed church in his childhood, nearly dead. It’s unknown if it was from that point on, or if it was a later incident that caused him to become a Necro Over.

It happened at some point, and he lived a chunk of his life as an immortal. Due to an additional element added to the serum. Most Necro-Overs would require continual injections if they wished to grow, because their cells are dead, but Katsumi continued to grow; it was as if something in his body kept producing what he needed to live as if he were human.

In his thirties he began to take money from whoever would hire him for jobs. He began to lose his sense of self, and fought. He wanted nothing more than to just die. Every time he was shot, stabbed, anything, and he didn’t die, he felt like he lost a piece of himself. His life became a living hell bordering on insanity. He kept himself sane somehow, thankfully.

At some point he came across (or was paid with) a Lost Driver and Cyclone Gaia Memory.

Katsumi wanders mostly alone. There are those he will occasionally work with, but he doesn’t have bonds. He’s wandering from one job to another, waiting to finally die.
