Overview: Luci is an interesting person, to say the least. She has no shame whatsoever, and feels confident enough in her own skin to even be naked in a crowded building. Not that she'd prefer being naked in a crowded place, or any other such situation that might be embarrassing to a human whose brain operated normally; she just wouldn't mind when it does. She's a fairly serious procrastinator and usually waits as long as she can before getting things done. She also prefers not to do anything too terribly physical if she can help it.


Hero Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider Nickelo
Type Of Hero: Kamen Rider
Henshin Device: The Nickelo Projector, a device like an old-style twin-reel film camera that's mounted on her right shoulder.
Henshin Sequence: She grabs the Projector and slots in a Form Reel, and it threads itself. She sticks it into her shoulder, and snaps her fingers with a cry of "Lights!" When she does, the area around her dims. Another snap, and a cry of "Camera!" The camera spins up and begins projecting in front of her, and then she yells "Action!" The form she's chosen appears in front of her IXA-style and merges back onto her body, forming her armor.

  Image/ Description: Her armor looks like a feminine version of Skull, but the hat is a darker grey color, and the silver is more dull. The scarf is replaced by a dark brown, almost black, longcoat.

  Fighting Style: She stays at a distance mostly, using her gun rather heavily
  Weapons: The Nickelo Tommy. The Projector turns into a weapon that looks like a Tommy gun, but with a film reel instead of a drum magazine. She also has explosive poker chips she can throw, kept inside the coat.
  Abilities: She can block weak energy attacks with her coat, and her gun can pierce almost any armor. She doesn't have much in the way of defense though, and the poker chips are little more than flash bombs.
  Finisher(s): Straight Flush- She spins the reel on the Nickelo Tommy, and it announces "SHOW'S OVER!" A full hand of cards appears behind her, in a royal flush, and she points at her target. The five cards go flying out, each one slashing at her target, before she finishes with a burst of gunfire.

  Image/ Description: Her armor is much lighter, and she has a slightly armored skirt reaching to her knees, and a thinly armored blouse on her upper body.

  Fighting Style: She focuses on incapacitating her opponent with her weapon before it incapacitates her. Lots of speed, not a lot of power,
  Weapons: The Nickelo Tie and Railer, a coil of rope and a shield designed to look like the front of a steam locomotive with a film reel as the circular part.
  Abilities: The Tie can bind people on it's own when whipped out at them, but if the fight goes on too long, Luci stands a rather decent chance of the Tie binding her and forcibly undoing her transformation. The Railer can block almost any attack.
  Finisher(s): Railroad Blazer- She spins the reel on the Railer and it announces "SHOW'S OVER!" The Railer flies from her hands, and railroad tracks appear. The Tie binds her down to the tracks, and the Railer turns into a full-size train, driving right though her and slamming into her target.

  Image/ Description: Her armor is still mostly the same, but her legs are now covered with blue jeans that are torn and bloodstained. Her upper body is garbed in a hoodie that's also tattered and bloodstained, with the hood up.

  Fighting Style: Savage, trying to simply survive
  Weapons: The Nickelo Survivor, a fire ax with a film reel on the back side of the ax head.
  Abilities: This form is particularly strong or defensive, but when it gives her massive strength when she's backed into a corner.
  Finisher(s): Survivor Breaker- She spins the film reel, prompting the announcement, as a faceless specter appears, occupying the same area she's standing in but bigger and holding the ax with her. She swings once, destroying her target.

  Image/ Description: Her armor is now more of a dusty brown, with a cowboy hat on her head, coverings on her legs that look like tassels, and a buckskin vest on her body

  Fighting Style: She's very fast here, relying on speed and accuracy.
  Weapons: The Nickelo Sixers, a pair of six-shooters with stacked film reels instead of chambers.
  Abilities: She can slow down time, including herself, for short periods, allowing her to dodge bullets and. She can shoot very accurately as well.
  Finisher(s): High Noon Shot- She spins the chambers in both of her guns against her forearms, prompting the announcement. The sun shines brightly behind her, blinding her target, while she takes aim and unloads twelve shots into them.
• Form Name: Unchanging
  Image/ Description: Her armor is now a deep green, and her head has a hat like military officers wear on it. The left side of her chest is decorated with several military honors, and her shoulders have the golden tassels like on dress jackets. Her legs have combat boots on the feet.

  Fighting Style: She's rather strong in this form, and likes to finish fights directly.
  Weapons: The Nickelo Bayonet, a spear that looks like a Springfield bolt-action rifle with a bayonet and a film reel sticking out where a magazine would be. The rifle doesn't actually fire.
  Abilities: This is her physically strongest form, able to take a good deal of damage and dish it right back out. The Bayonet can pierce most armors.
  Finisher(s): Tactical Bombarding- She spins the reel, the announcement is made, and she points the Bayonet at her target, as if she were going to fire it. Suddenly, the sound of cannons firing can be heard, and the target is eliminated by a powerful bombardment.

Luci was named for her grandmother, but her parents started calling her the name she goes by today because "Lucinda" is kind of annoying to say. She was first exposed to movies when she was 4, and decided she wanted to be in them, so her parents enrolled her in acting classes. On suggestion from her father, she also began taking martial arts classes. She stopped taking acting classes when she was 12, but kept up the martial arts. Around that time, she began acting in the local community theatre. She received some accolades, but dropped out of acting when she discovered critiquing movies was a thing.
She formed a film critic's club at her school with her friends and they began watching movies and essentially riffing on them. She developed a love of film, and began watching other films in her free time. When she went to college, she studied drama, graduating with a degree and starting a blog for her movie critiques. It gained decent status and she began taking on bigger movies, all while continuing to attempt to find work in the movie industry.
A few months ago, she was contacted by her brother, Ansel. She hadn't spoken to him since he'd been sent to boarding school when she was three. He came to her apartment and gave her a large case, before running off. She later saw him in the obituaries; he was shot to death. She opened the case and found the Nickelo Projector. She decided to test it out, and found it transformed her into a warrior that seemed to be themed on movies. She decided to use it to kill monsters, because that's what people who got these kinds of things tended to use them for.
