Overview: Atsuko is almost always serious and focused on her goal. She fells as if she is trapped in a perpetual limbo until she can find her father's killer and avenge him. It's just that after a few years with only false leads and dead ends, her hope for ever finding the person (or persons) responsible is slowly diminishing. She doesn't know what the hell she'll do with her life after her vengeance has been dished out...

Nero, on the other hand, has a much harder goal to fulfill - the complete conquest of the entire planet and all the peoples that live on it. Why? Because she believes that only under one just ruler can mankind truly flourish and the wars brought about by the clashing ideologies and interests of different countries will be put to an end. Unlike the serious Atsuko, Nero is a lot more goofy, carefree, and child-like.

stores Gaiatron energy, a mysterious and perpetual
power-source derived from mother nature. With its internal energy, the
coin also has the power to heal a wounded person. While inside her
Guardian Beast, DragonRanger can turn their coins into Dragon Crystal
which helps in the transformation process of Gouryuujin.

Henshin Sequence: Nero inserts three core medals into the O-Slater before tilting it slightly on the Force Drive. She then scans the medals with the O-Scanner, initiating the transformation into OOO.

  Fighting Style: Prefers long range and tactics though a good old fashion brawl is fine with her when it's called for
  Weapons: Medagabryu - Putotyra Combo's signature weapon, enabling Kamen Rider OOO to unleash the full potential of the Purple Core Medals. It can change between its Axe Mode and its Bazooka Mode. The Medagabryu can draw out the full potential of the Cell Medals, by inserting a number of Cell Medals into the "mouth". Doing so in any Combo other than Putotyra will make it announce a Combo and a jingle remix, except for the Tajadol Combo. When Cell Medals are inserted in the Medagabryu when in the Putotyra Combo, Kamen Rider OOO can perform a Putotyranno Hissatsu depending on the weapon's mode.
  Abilities: Highest stats of all the OOO. The Petera Head can use the External Fins on his head to fly, as well as freeze the opponent with a blast of ice air. The Torikera Shoulders' horns, called the Winnd Stinger, can stretch to various lengths to keep an opponent bound. Lastly, the Tyranno Legs' thigh armor can form the Tail Divider, a tail used for a powerful attack.
  Finisher(s): Blasting Freezer - When activated, OOO uses his Torikera Shoulders' Wind Stingers to stab his opponents in the shoulders to hold them in place, while he uses his Ptera Head's External Fins to freeze them immediately after, and the Tyranno Leg's Tail Divider to finish them off by smashing them into frozen shards.
  Ground of Rage - A powerful Rider Slash using the Medagabryu that attacks 360 degrees around him.
  Strain Doom - An extremely powerful Rider Shooting blast from the Medagabryu.

• Unknown Sword - a sword of unknown origin imbued with a powerful dark magic. Wielding it slowly destroys the user both physically and mentally so she only uses it as a last resort. She keeps it sealed away when she's not using it within a small pocket dimension that she can access by forming a seal with her blood and reaching through the created portal. She refers to it as the "Balance Breaker."

Atsuko had a rather peculiar upbringing. Her father was an Interpol agent while her mother was a Maki Priestess. Though they loved each other and their little daughter, neither had any plan to give up their careers. In fact they both wanted to bring Atsuko into their respective worlds. Her dad taught her the skills necessary to be an superb agent while her mother taught her the ways of the Makai (though they quickly found Atsuko had no talent for it). Her mother was disappointed and the look of disappointment was the last image she had of her mother for she died in battle against a Horror.

It was just Atsuko, her father, and..Atsuko's alternate personality. What started off a harmless childhood friend she called Nero after the Emperor she learned about from one of her father's history lessons (for those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it), become a full fledged persona that could take over Atsuko's body whenever she closed her eyes for too long.

She was unaware of her presence at first until Nero declared herself Emperor of Atsuko's middle school and wanted to build an aqueduct in the gym. She went to therapy after that and Nero stopped coming out for awhile. It was when she entered high school when her father would meet his end during a highly classified mission.

Atsuko's whole world had shattered. Only one emotion coursed through her entire being - vengeance. She left school, left town, and went to putting the skills her father taught her in search of his killer. Luckily Interpol didn't mind lending her hand in exchange for her occasional assistance. It helped when you had the power of a dragon and a malicious sword passed down from her late grandfather.
