Overview: Valeria comes from a culture where one of the highest callings is as a mercenary, so she's very proud of her chosen profession. She's trained her skills extensively, and is very confident in herself. Which is why when she fails, she's shattered; her abilities, the abilities she has worked on since she was a child, have failed not only her, but the team. This could lead to her doing really stupid shit to try and prove herself to the team again, like deliberately getting captured to get intel or kill someone from the inside. This isn't the only thing she'd do, but it's her favorite trick to "win back the team's favor".
This confidence, combined with her fairly dominant personality, with a little bit of her cultural predilections tossed in, has resulted in a slight mistrust of men. It could've been worse, given her culture advocated the female in the dominant position of everything, but her time guarding Kalas softened her significantly.

  Range Capture- One of her more difficult techniques, she focuses and throws her bola. When it hits the target, it undoes transformations if applicable and wraps them practically from head to toe. If she's distracted, it backfires and wraps her instead.

Valeria was born and raised in the city of Calio in the mountains, on a pedestal since birth due to her status as a female. She was taught in combat skills and other survival techniques and things a warrior would need to know. As she grew older, something in her longed for a position of weakness; she'd been on this pedestal, seen as this paragon of strength, but she felt like she just wanted to be weak sometimes. The feelings would pass, but their memory would linger. She never told anyone, since it somewhat scared her that she had these feelings. She buried them in training, building up an immense sense of self-confidence, bordering on arrogance at times. It also transformed into her devastation with failure, since when she failed, the feelings of just wanting to be weak returned.
She graduated, and moved out of the mountains to the city of Dol, hired to guard a diplomat. She had little respect for men as a result of her home, but she gradually softened to Kalas and eventually began to join him in his bed. She felt she'd finally found an outlet for her wished-for weakness and surrender. She kept up the facade of being the strong, impenetrable bodyguard of the diplomat, which helped the fact that at times, he seemed to care more about his work than anything else.
When Mira began to collapse, she was given a Tensora Reader and sent to Earth with Kalas to find the cards, now wielding the AidanBlue powers.
