Hair style: Asuka usually wears her hair down, letting it fall lazily around her shoulders, but when she is out on patrol, she will tie her hair up in a bun so that it doesn’t get in the way.

Clothes: Her day to day wear is usually a combination of graphic tees and skirts/blue jeans that look like she picked them out of the hamper. Combined with her lack of sleep, many people just assume that she spends most of the night out clubbing. She used to wear gloves over her clawed hands, but eventually she stopped caring what people thought about them. When she goes out on patrol, she puts on black jeans, a black tee shirt, and an old leather jacket that covers her figure and hides her swords when she’s walking around.

Habits/ Quirks:

• Sleeping through her alarm clock. Someone once got her an alarm clock that shakes the bed when it goes off as a New Years present, but she had gotten used to it by Valentine’s Day.
  
  
• When there’s a lull in the day’s work, she’ll often find the most comfortable place she can to take a nap. One of her favorites is a the shade underneath a tree.
  
  
• Vanishing when people are trying to talk to her and appearing behind people when they least suspect it.
  
  
• She is constantly playing with her glasses.
  
  
• Whenever she kills a Horror, she will count it aloud i.e. she would say that it was the 87th she had killed.

Relationships:

• ”The Other Takeyama”: Asuka doesn’t have any known siblings, but when KOURO emerged people assumed that her father must have had a child with another woman. Asuka knew that her father couldn’t keep it in his pants, so she decided to go with that as an explanation of how KOURO emerged. She always gets annoyed however when she hears someone talking about how good “The Other Takeyama” is, because it’s usually followed by someone telling her that she needs to apply herself more.
  
  

Overview: When people meet Asuka, they assume she’s nothing more than a party girl from a rich family who lucked into her position as Priestess. Asuka’s adrenaline junkie tendencies and the fact that she often sleeps in to the last possible second (and usually past it) point to this, making it seem like she’s out clubbing all night instead of being a Knight on the side. Originally this was just a mask but not her double life is slowly catching up to her. But no matter what other people think about her, they usually admit that she’s always there for them.



Asuka is well known for doing the stupidest thing possible to keep innocents from dying or being hurt. She also loves to show off her skills with magic (because she can’t show off how good she is with a sword), and has a real need to prove her worth.



Hero Stuff

Name: KOURO the Highspeed Knight

Type Of Hero: Makai Knight (or as she calls it a “Makai Ninja”)

Henshin Device: Her katana

Henshin Sequence: Asuka raises her swords into the air, and draws a halo in the air with it. The light from the halo shines down and drops the armor onto her.

  Image/ Description: A black version of thiswith red eyes. It should be noted when she’s wearing the armor she has a masculine silhouette, and that her speaking voice is magically filtered to sound male.

  Fighting Style: KOURO fights using a high speed, full contact fighting style. Her main tactics are rushing at an enemy, punching/kicking/slashing them, and then moving out of the way before she can get hit. While KOURO moves faster than the human eye, her armor has to sacrifice protection to do so. She’s strong enough to do damage, but if she gets hit too many times she will go down. She moves like a dancer, skillfully dodging attacks and striking while the enemy is open.
  
  Weapons: A pair of katana and fuhma shuriken
  
  Abilities: Greatly enhanced speed and agility. Likewise she can create shuriken and kunai. She can only stay in this form for 99 seconds though.
  
  Finisher(s): She lights her shuriken on fire and slashes it through her enemy.

Other Equipment:

• Her glasses are enchanted to act like a heads-up display. She can also see longer distances and detect Horrors with them. When she sees a Horror she sees a trail of black light leading towards them
  
  
• Her Soul Metal arms have built in katars, which she can extend with a flick of her wrists. Likewise, her claws can be used to allow her to cast spells with a snap of her fingers. Her right hand shoots shuriken from the knuckles and her left hand has a lighter in the palm.
  
  
• She has a family estate with ancient spellbooks, texts, and a scroll called the Legend Of The Highspeed Wolf, which details the every user up to the modern age. The Legend includes Asuka herself (because it’s her job to fill it in), which is why she doesn’t let people read the scroll.
  
  

Asuka’s life was never going to be normal. Her parents were a Makai Knight and a Priestess respectively, which meant that they were constantly out fighting Horrors, training Knights, and doing other important things. Because Asuka was an only child, her father knew that the only way that the KOURO line would continue was to do the unthinkanle; train his daughter.



Asuka however, could care less back then about helping out. That was of course, until she was attacked by a Horror. The Horror blindsided her, and with a single swing managed to cut off both of her hands and shoot a corrosive into her in the eyes. Her father managed to come just in time, because another swing would have completely blinded her. Her father killed the Horror as her mother rushed her back to their house.



When Asuka woke up her hands had been replaced and her eyes were considerably weaker. Her father was standing next to her, waiting for her to wake up. He asked her once more. “I’ll ask you again, do you want to replace me, and take back what they’ve taken from you?”



This time, Asuka’s attitude had changed completely. She was pissed off. She tightly closed her hand and looked her father in the eye. With a somewhat evil smile, she told her father her answer. “Train me.” So over the next few years, Asuka was trained in the arts of magic, combat, and ninjutsu. When the day came at age nineteen to pick up her birthright after her parents were slain, she became KOURO with pride.



KOURO was the first of her two identities to move to Vol City, ingratiating “himself” into the Order Of The Knights. About a week later Asuka joined as a priestess. Asuka asked her mother to teach her magic just in case she had to pose as a Priestess. She eagerly awaits the day when she can reveal herself and prove her worth as a Knight.
