Overview: Raised by a dangerous criminal and trained by Shaolin monks in the ancient art of whopping ass, this is one guy you don't want to fuck with - ever. He's the nephew of the Yggdrasill Head, but don't think he was just headed his current position on a silver platter. Lloyd started at the bottom in the mail room and clawed his way up the the top, becoming Yggdrasill's Head of Public Relations. It's his job to make his company look good and sell their product. Good thing his handpicked Lockseed Dealers are on the prowl for fresh meat..

Henshin Device: Genesis Driver
Henshin Sequence: To transform, Lloyd opens the lock on the Energy Lockseed, then attaches it onto the Drive Bay. Closing the lock to secure it onto place, he then grabs the handle on the Driver's right and pushes it to the left, juicing the Lockseed. The initial silver and black bodysuit forms, but the transformation is finalized when an mechanical mangosteen forms above him and falls downwards, landing on his head and folding out to reveal the actual armor.

  Image/ Description: Silver undersuit with each limb black, lightweight purple armor with makes a sort of vest shape not covering left shoulder at all, but instead giving it a predominant right shoulder sticking out. The helmet is shaped like a mangosteen complete with stem on top. Various green plant-like outlines cover the purple armor. The knuckles are spiked as well as the top and heel of the feet. The eyes are a light green and are star shaped. On his forehead reads the Chinese characters for "Heaven " while on his chest are the characters for "Earth". At the soles of his feet are the characters for "Hell."

Lloyd didn't have the normalist of childhoods considering his father was a sociopath serial killer known throughout the United Kingdom as "The Scissor Man," some even proclaimed him as the second coming of Jack the Ripper. Lloyd's father was a complex man. He was a traveling salesperson which gave him the perfect alibi to travel around the country brutally murdering people. It was always his dream to take over his father's shop and become a barber. That dream died when his father was died in a tragic fire that consumed the family barber shop. Lloyd's father became convinced of arson and fowl play while the police pegged it down as a simple accident. This led to Lloyd's father's psychotic break and steady transformation into a serial killer branding a charred up pair of scissors, the same pair that once belonged to his own father. He knew someone in the UK was his father's killer, it was all a matter of process by elimination...

Little Lloyd, in the meantime, was living with his blissfully ignorant mother who once she discovered her husband's villainous ways, she ran off with Lloyd into hiding. Using her brother Jack's connections, they made it all the way to China where they stayed with some kindly Shaolin monks where Lloyd was taught the art and philosophy of Kung Fu.

The older Lloyd inherited his father's dream of becoming a world class barber and returned to England to attend a barbering college, knowing full well of the risk of running into his father, who went into hiding ever since his identity as the Scissor Man was made public. And indeed it wasn't even a year before the two came face to face...

The meeting went as well as one would expect, with his dad trying to kill him and Lloyd kicking the ever loving crap out of him. He let his dad slink back into hiding considering he did treat he and his mom well back in the day, but not before heading off his grandfather's scissors.

Later in life, Lloyd moved to Zawame in Japan to work for his uncle's company. He eventually became the Head of the Public Relations Department and opened up a fruit shop as a front to sell Lockseeds to an increasingly growing demand. But his dream of becoming a professional barber..still lingers in the back of his mind..
