Overview:
Marcel is best described in two ways. Cocky, and being a lover. He’s said it before, and loves to say it, “Impossible is what I specialize in.” He lives by that, being just a cocky bastard, but often enough he can back things up and actually is rather good at what he puts his mind to. He does his best not to look like a fool or anything, so he analyzes things greatly before attempting them. If he specializes in the impossible, he wants to have a way to get the job done before even starting. He doesn’t want to lose face or bring shame unto himself. He’s a bit vain, and he loves his longcoats. He’ll replace those before doing much else, and if someone messes up his look, he’ll react.

Marcel is a lover, he loves anything that’s pretty enough, and then he sleeps with it. Man or woman, he goes both ways. He will gladly hit on members of both sexes, and if he doesn’t find someone attractive will often make comment just to assure them he won’t waste his time on them. He is a lover, but he has a special hatred for those who take advantage of people for sex and the like, and rapists earn a special kind of hate.

He operates within the laws, more or less, and sticks to an honorable path, but puts duty above everything else. If becoming dishonorable is how he must complete his duty, so be it. He doesn’t feel good about it, but he does what he has to do. He will pursue you to the ends of the Earth if he has to, in order to finish his job. He’s very driven by it, and will never quit.

Underneath his confident nature and his duty, he’s very much human. He’s jaded by life, especially having to go from his time into the past, where things are so much different. He finds an immense boredom in most of it and spends his free time either sleeping around or just sleeping, or something. He can’t find much joy in this time, but can’t exactly finish his job quickly, so he’s stuck for a time. He uses his technology to try to give himself a new life of enjoyment, but that can only amuse him so much.

He has a good sense of humor and jokes around a little, but has no patience for stupidity. He’s quick witted and intelligent, and a good conversation partner. He enjoys talking about things like poetry (and writes a little), literature (the ones he’s read, it’s not his time, after all), and issues like philosophy. One problem is that he has to focus on the current time, and not his, so he can’t talk as much as he’d like to. It makes him lonely sometimes and that just makes him go sleep around a lot more.

He enjoys drinking and smoking, but isn’t really addicted. He just smokes sometimes when he’s bored. The laws make it harder for him to actually smoke all the time. He often does it a bit more often to calm himself, but he’s calm most of the time. He only really has to do it when he’s killed or someone’s been killed. He can kill Orgs easily enough, but humans are different (and he does take justice into his own hands when he has to).

He’s a skilled combatant in hand to hand combat and with a firearm, and will even display force on minor problems just to prove a point, although he remains in control so as not to hurt someone too badly, just prove a point about himself.

Marcel comes from some time in the future. He was born in France and lived in his era, becoming accustomed to all of it. He became a special police officer when he grew up and inherited Gao powers in an attempt to eradicate the remaining Orgs of his timeline.

However, the Orgs in question escaped into the past, so Marcel was sent in pursuit of them. He’s in the present day now, with one mission. The mission is going to take time to complete, and he hates it, because he doesn’t know this time. He wants to return to his time, his world, but he cannot.

He plans on teaming up with the current day’s Gaorangers, but wants to make the most of things. He plans on sleeping with as many attractive men and women as possible, but his job comes first.
