The Helheim Theorem [Kari]

Kari dismounted from her LockVehicle, a Sakura one, and looked around. This place felt so..empty. And yet, as she looked at the fruit..it was all she could do to resist eating it. Shaking her head, she continued on. "I've got a bad feeling about this.." she muttered, plucking a pair of Helbuar fruits from the tree but resisting the temptation to eat them. Then she detects movement from the corners of her vision, a few normal Invess coming after her. And she ran, unknowingly in the direction of the Centauri.

Kari would shadow-step onto a tree branch, and watches the Invess go by, who didn't have flight capability as of yet. This seems to call others towards the only other instance of Helbuar fruit tampering: Paul and his group, and Kari peeks out from behind the tree to watch this for a moment..

A group of about ten Invess approach, and go for the Centauri. It's quite the handful for them, as two slip by to head for the one who's picking the fruit. This is when Kari sees her cue, and jumps down, shadow-stepping twice to make up the distance before side-kicking both of them to the ground. Her back is to the technician, who seems to be busy for a reason she doesn't know yet. She considers telling him to run, but figures it would fall on deaf ears. So instead, the Sengoku Driver goes around her waist, followed by the call of

"Matsubokkuri"

Then she places the Lockseed into the Driver, and pushes the lock down.

"Lock On."

"Henshin." Then she cuts the seed.

"Matsubokkuri Arms: Strike in the Shadow."

Resting the long naginata-like spear on her shoulder, her other hand grips the hilt of the Musou Saber that rests on her belt. "You don't seem like the running type." The girl finally says, to the technician. "So just hurry it up."

Kari just shrugs at his tone. "Well, whatever works for you." Is her only comment as she uses the spear to slash one Invess and smack the second one in the stomach. Drop-kicking the first one, she gives herself enough space to advance with the big spear in hand, but then the two Invess charge again and she grapples with them for control of her spear...

While the rest of the Invess are keeping the Centauri occupied.

Hefting the long spear in a throwing manner, she looses it and it flies true, imbedding itself in an Inves as she draws her saber. Removing her Lockseed, she attaches it to the saber and has it "Lock On." as she assumes a classic samurai stance.

"1...10....100... Matsubokkuri Charge!" A large pinecone appears when she slashes forward, and a hail of black pinecone blades destroy the first Inves, before she runs forward and slashes through the second Inves that had the spear in him, destroying it as well.
