Overview: Jack Wotan is a complex man to understand. One minute he's this happy go lucky old guy who you just can't help but smile along with, but other types he's a cruel, calculating businessman who will stop at nothing to realize his goals. He's the father of Neil and several illegitimate children, but cares little for any of them. He only cares about people that prove useful to him. His true goals remain a mystery to all but him.
