Overview: Michelle is a strange individual. She is incredibly strong-willed, able to power through almost anything with sheer determination and willpower alone. However, she is hurting very deep down, having learned who she is and what she did... And she wants to right the wrongs by helping others whenever possible.

Henshin Device: Sasword Zecter and Sasword Yaiba
Henshin Sequence: Michelle holds the Sasword Yaiba upside down as the Zecter crawls towards her and jumps into her hand. With a call of Henshin, she attaches the Zecter to the blade, initiating the transformation into Masked Form.

  Transformation: By pressing down on the tail of the Sasword Zecter while in masked form and proclaiming "Cast Off!", she casts off the heavy armor, revealing Rider Form. The Zecter then announces "CHANGE SCORPION" when it's complete.
  Fighting Style: Much faster in her attacks, using Clock Up as much as possible.
  Weapons: Sasword Yaiba
  Abilities: Increased speed and mobility, can slow down time using Clock Up (Activated by slipping her fingers along the 'Trace Switches' on the ZECT Buckle).
  Finisher(s): Rider Slash - First activated by resetting the Force Tail to default 'up' position. When Sasword sets the Force Tail back down, the Sasword Needle on her head will circulate the tachyon energy stored within the Sasword Zecter. At this point, the charged tachyon particles blend with the gushing venom of the Sasword Yaiba via photon conversion, allowing the Yaiba to cut down the enemy Worm with venomous slashes. Another variation of this attack involves the Rider Slash being sent as venomous cutting waves through the air.

  Transformation: Transforms from her human form in a flash of light.

  Abilities: Can use her stingers to revert a Worm back to their human form. She has much greater endurance, and can natrurally Clock Up in this state.

Michelle Liao is the sole survivor of the Liao family, and the primary stockholder of her parents' company, Liao Industries, a company that builds technology for almost every use. Michelle was practically born into luxury; her room was about the size of an average one-story house, she had private tutors arrive every school day, there were butlers and maids at her beck and call... In a situation like this, it was almost hard for her NOT to get spoiled rotten. This lead her to become known as "The Bratty Princess of the Liao Family" to the public eye. In actuality, she wasn't rotten to the core; she only ever showed her sweet side to her parents, and Zhong,  the head butler and a family friend.

Michelle thought she had it all... however, one day everything came crashing down when the Scorpio Worm attacked her home, killing her parents. In an act of revenge, she contacted one of the companies Liao Industries was backing, one that specialized in dealing with monsters. In return for the information Michelle had provided, she was given the Sasword Zecter, allowing her to use it to find and kill the Scorpio Worm at all costs. For four years, she traveled the world on her own in order to find the Worm, but to no avail. It was when she returned to Singapore in 2010 that she finally found it... by transforming into it herself when it took over her consciousness to murder the head of the Liao Corporation.

As it turns out, Michelle was the Worm that killed her parents, and her original self. But Michelle's strong personality overtook the Worm's, and she spent the past four years unaware of it. When she regained her consciousness and reverted to normal, she ran home and locked herself away, overtaken by grief. There she spent several months anguishing her situation, almost being driven to suicide as a result. Before she could kill herself, she heard a knocking on the door. Not even a second later, Zhong stepped in and saw Michelle with the blade at her neck and stopped her from cutting open her throat, leaving a tearful Michelle to explain what happened...

It was through her later conversation Zhong that Michelle realized how much she still had left in the world, and she chose to devote herself to paying for her parents' murder, as both the heiress of her family's fortune, and as a Kamen Rider....
