It was the last day of summer vacation, and one of Tomomi's friends had invited her to come along with her family to Himeji Central Park, a combination safari park/amusement park. Of course, she'd been there before, but it was always nice to go again when she hadn't been there in a while. Currently, she and her friend Chiyo are sitting in one of the cars of the Ferris wheel, looking out over the park. "Ya know," Tomomi says, "they have a real big zoo over in New York." She grins as Chiyo sighs- Tomomi had been telling her all about the trip she and her family had taken to New York over the summer, so much that the other girl was starting to get annoyed. Well, she told everything besides the part where they stopped Printing Press Banki from taking over the New York Times. She took another look out over the park as the Ferris wheel car reached its peak, looking to see what kind of people she might be able to recognize.

David arrived at the place as he looked around grimacing at the amount of non-magic humans in this place. It sickened him that there were more non-magical people here then there are wizards, especially in a place like Japan where the spiritual and magical places are legendary even among European wizards. He had thought that the would be able to find some sort of knowledge to supplement what he already knew, but so far there was nothing here, he had become disappointed in Japan almost. "Damn humans...you don't deserve to rule this world," he muttered as he went to a quiet place and muttered an incantation before he turned into Wolzard. He then came out as kids began to swarm him thinking that he was some sort of actor, "Douza Uru Zazaado" he cried out as his shield shot out wolves as it destroyed a nearby attractions as people began to scream.

Cécile had come to Japan as an exchange student for a time as part of her major. She was learning the language and nothing better tested your abilities than being immersed in the culture. She had been wondering around blindly, just doing some basic exploring when she felt a stirring from, Cybil, her dinosaur partner. A thought filled her head and she knew where she was needed. Cybil was more panicked than normal. She wondered why. She'd worry about that later.
She loaded her Beast Battery into the muzzle, did a quick few dance steps, and then fired into the air, shouting "Today is a good day to die!" She didn't much care for the theatrics; but, she didn't make the rules. Well the bit about it being a good day to die was her part. She liked the flavor.
She was in her KyoryuCyan form and ready to go. She ran in the direction Cybil had indicated and saw why she seemed more distressed than usual. This was a park and a lot of children were present. And here was someone causing trouble. She aimed her GabuRevolver at the guy.
"What in the hell do you think you're doing?!" she demanded. As far as she could tell, no one had been injured yet. She wouldn't fight unless he forced the issue; but, she had to protect the children.
