"Over here...." A voice echoed in Claudia's head. She shook it off and continued on. They turned a corner, passing through another door and entering a large common area.
"Oh, great." Claudia muttered.

Kakeru continued to follow, suspecting something to be seriously wrong.

"Well, let's explore a little." Claudia said. "Since I can't reliably track this fucking thing. I see two hallways, so let's split up." Claudia immediately went off into one of the branching hallways, which had more of the secure doors.
"In here..." The voice echoed again, but Claudia shook it off.

"Claudia, don...dammit." He sighed, shaking his head as she went off on her own. Figuring that it'd be better to just go with it, he took the other path, keeping his eyes sharp.

Claudia's vision suddenly went blurry. She stumbled, using the wall to help herself stand. Up ahead, she saw two doors open by themselves. She looked into one, and saw only darkness.
"Huh." She muttered, standing in the doorway, vision still blurry.

Kakeru walked through the halls, keeping a brisk pace and keeping alert, though nothing seemed to be happening.

As Claudia looked into the darkness, suddenly something emerged. Claudia stumbled back into the open door behind her, which shut immediately with a loud bang. |

Kakeru heard the bang, immediately swinging around and running at top speed to find the source. "DAMMIT CLAUDIA!"

The thing Claudia had seen stepped out, having heard Kakeru shout.
In the cell, Claudia turned to see a woman dressed like an old-timey nurse standing behind her.
"Just sleep a moment dear. It's okay." She said, and snapped her fingers. Claudia's vision went black.

Kakeru continued to run, quite frantic, shouting Claudia's name repeatedly, though his emotions still couldn't show through.

The thing began shambling down the hall, curious.
Claudia's vision returned a moment later, but she's suddenly been dressed in a straitjacket and strapped to a chair. The nurse was still there, and appeared to be fiddling with some sort of device.

Kakeru still kept running through the halls, yelling out Claudia's name.

The thing saw Kakeru approaching, and focused on him, moving towards him.
"Wha... Where am I?" Claudia asked, straining against the jacket.
The nurse turned back to her, smiling. Her smile seemed way too wide, like it was touching her ears. "Just relax, dear." She grabbed something attached to the chair's headrest, and secured a strap into Claudia's mouth, pinning her head to the chair and gagging her. The nurse grabbed what looked like some electrodes, attached to the device.

Kakeru saw the creature, and stopped in his tracks, reaching for the Dialer and pulling it out. Activating the Change System app, he selected Brillante Pugno, and began his transformation with a cry of "Verto!"

The creature made a noise of some kind, a gurgling growl, and charged, arms out. It directed psionic waves of pure madness at Kakeru as well.
The nurse began attaching the electrodes to Claudia's head, as Claudia struggled and yelled into the strap gagging her. The nurse simply smiled blissfully and went ahead with her work, paying no mind to Claudia's frantic struggles.
