Well, since its banned book week, I must ask; what is the book you feel is the weirdest choice for people to try and ban?

I read All Quiet on the Western Front. That was banned during World War II. It's a really slow paced book and it was tough to read but it really stuck with you. But I would never ever read it again!

I've gotten into pulp fiction recently. Things like Conan the Barbarian and John Carter. They're absolutely insane, but I love 'em nonetheless.

I just started reading Harry Potter. I recently finished the Second Book and yesterday I bought the third from Waterstones. It's actually better than I thought it'd be and there is a Hell of a lot that's left out of the films (Namely Percy).

I like the style of the Harry Potter books. But there was nothing that hadn't been done before and it definitely wasn't a book that provoked deep thought. What you read was what you got. There really was nothing more to think about. But for amusing reading it's fine.

Plan to do a buttload of reading this month since I've so many books stacked up in my room that i've been putting off forever.
First up is the new Percy Jackson/Heroes of Olympus.
