She rammed a knee up at him.

He stopped it with one hand. He grabbed her leg under the knee and tried to flip her and pin her on her back to the ground.

It did. She wanted to Morph again, but couldn't get her hand there.

Frei examined for a moment, before deciding against trying to take it off. "So, if your hands are together, you can transform..." He used one hand to hold her hands together, so she couldn't transform again, while he went into his bag again.

Frei turned back, a roll of duct tape in his hand. He forced the fingers of one hand into a fist, wrapping tape around the hand so it stayed that way. He repeated the procedure with her other hand.

She tried to kick at him. Now what? She couldn't Morph. She started to shout, hoping someone would come and help her.
