Yuki also undid her transformation and winced. She was was definitely in need of a rest and maybe an aspirin or tw-
She collapsed onto the ground, sweat dripping from every pore on her body.

"The Ayakashi's blade was poisoned when he struck her," remarked a mysterious figure covered from head to toe in violet rags, "As we are speaking it is making its way throughout her blood stream."
He was standing far enough away from them for Mayu to hear him speak, but not close enough for her to strike at him without leaving Yuki's side.
