Caterina looked out the window as she was, by stroke of luck or mutation, was awake when usually she would be snoring away. It was quite a surprise to her when she found out that she had woken long before the others had woken up, she thought she would be the last to rouse considering how heavily and frequently she slept. Also she wasn't feeling sleepy...she wondered if she had grown out of her phase of sleeping anywhere, anytime or if this was perhaps some sort of lull before she fell back to sleep. "I'm quite hungry..." she said to herself as she opened up her inventory and took an item <<Bread>> and began eating it slowly while looking out the window.

She'd had another nightmare and woke up screaming. She quickly covered her mouth with a pillow until she'd calmed down. She only wished that it was a normal nightmare and not a memory of something that had actually happened. Tears were streaming down her face. She hastily wiped them away, listening. Good..It didn't sound like she'd woken any of her teammates.
Clara was too wound up to sleep. No, it was more than that. She didn't want to risk having another memory/nightmare right away. She should...She didn't know. Maybe get something to eat? Maybe go exploring?
She headed downstairs and was surprised to find Catrina. Shoot! She hadn't expected to run into anyone else at this hour. Her face was probably still red from crying.

Caterina was nibbling away on her food when she heard footsteps coming she turned around thinking that it was probably one of numerous players that were waking up, they often went to the inn when they had the money, but she was surprised to find that it was Clara. A smile came on her face followed by a slight tilt of her head as she saw Clara's red eyes, "Good morning Clara," she said dreamily, "how are you today?" she asked deciding to ignore the red eyes.

Oh thank goodness! Caterina hadn't noticed her red eyes or if she had at least she'd thought better than to mention it. Clara didn't want those kinds of questions.
She forced a smile and was careful to avoid eye contact. "I'm good. How about yourself?"

"I'm quite fine," Caterina said, "I was enjoying a simple breakfast...I seem to have woken up before any of you woke up...quite a bizzare thing to be honest..."

"I'm surprised," Clara admitted. She didn't add that she was displeased. She had hoped for at least a little bit of time to compose herself. No such luck now.

"Same here," Caterina said before summoning another bread and offering it ti Clara, "would you like one?"

Clara nodded her head before holding out her hand for the bread, eying Caterina skeptically. Was this a trick? Was she going to drop the bread on the floor and stomp on it before Clara had a chance to eat it?

Caterina gave Clara the bread as she smiled at her, "Eating is good...it makes you strong and awake...well for most people," she said before staring out the window again.

Clara smiled and began to eat. "It keeps you alive."

"That too," she daid nibbling more on her food, "so...how are you holding up? Are you okay?" she asked dreamily.

"What do you mean holding up?" she asked defensively. Yes, her eyes were a bit red but she was fine! FINE! Stupid memory dream.

"Well being trapped in a game can make people be a little bit emotionally unstable, I just want to make sure you're okay."

Being trapped in a game was the best thing that had ever happened to her. She wished she could stay here forever even as she wished her teammates could escape.
"I imagine I'm holding up as well as everyone else." She couldn't let people know she wanted to stay here. That would lead to all sorts of unwanted questions.

"I'm glad to hear that...this game seems quite nice though, it will be a shame once we get out. I quite like it," she said wistfully.
