"I'll let your sword do the talking for you." Even with a poor technique he was a fierce opponent given his speed and strength. And if he hadn't miscalculated Sayuri's speed before, who knew how the match would have ended. Still, a victory was a victory and she was convinced her focus was better. She was very, very patient. That was why Kiriha had ended up attacking first so often in their previous battle. He would attack where she would wait. She was more cautious and likely had a different notion of time.

"I'm good at trapping people and wearing them down over time. My patience is hard to match." Perhaps she was being too arrogant but she had a great deal of confidence in her patience.
