Battle in the Eire (Claudia)

Kakeru regained his footing, before launching the Difesa Blocker's blade at the beast, which just shrugged it off and laughed. "You have no idea what I am, do you? Ha! I'm no mere Parassita. I've absorbed a Phantom, a being of corrupted magic, as my host. A Magi-Parassita. Your weapons won't do a thing to me. Which means I can take my time tearing you to bits."

"I would, but the only Pinger I have is the Stone. Not too great for dishing out hits." He chuckled, trying to keep his spirits high against the seemingly unstoppable foe. However, before he could react, the beast swooped down with its massive maw, devouring Claudia in a single gulp. Kakeru heart stopped for a split second, as his eyes began to glow fiercely and his armor dissipated. "N-no....no way. Not...AGAIN!" He yelled out, as a mysterious energy began to swirl around him. Suddenly, a voice resounded in his head, speaking in an old Gaelic dialect. "It's about blasted time you can hear me. That means your magic's woken up. Now, put the ring on your hand! It's the only way to save the girl!"

As Kakeru slipped the ring on his finger, a strange runed circle appeared, transforming the ring into an armband and opening the stone. "Now, insert the black ring!" The voice yelled, and as Kakeru did so, he yelled out "Henshin!", as shadows engulfed his body, swirling and reforming into magnificent armor of metal, cloth, and onyx. "This is...Trinisette." The words flowed from his lips, as a large monument nearby began to glow lustrously, before rising into the air and turning into a small bronze dagger, flying to Kakeru's hand. "That's the legendary spear, Gae Bulga. Offer your blood to the blade, and its power will awaken." The voice resounded, and Kakeru did as told, thrusting the dagger into the back of his left hand, causing it to expand into a long spear. "Now...come at me, pup!"

With a roar, the beast leapt forward, pouncing at Kakeru. "No little stick can help you against the mighty Cu Sith!" It bellowed, swiping its claws at Kakeru. Without flinching, Kakeru sank into the shadow at his feet, dodging the claws, before thrusting the Gae Bulga through Cu Sith's throat, slicing it open to free Claudia.

Instinctively, Kakeru switched the loaded ring with a new, multicolored ring, which caused the Shadow Band to react. "ALTER; ELEMENT!" It resounded, as ice coated Kakeru, shattering to reveal his armor altered, becoming icy blue, and the Gae Bulga replaced with an icy crystal nunchaku. In the blink of an eye, Kakeru was bounding about, striking Cu Sith repeatedly with the nunchaku, each hit freezing a chunk, leaving Cu Sith unable to respond with any more than a growl and a rumble of trying to move, to no avail.

Finally, Kakeru was above Cu Sith, floating in the air and spinning the nunchaku. "Freezing....STRIKE!" He bellowed, slamming downward into Cu Sith's head with the nunchaku and shattering it, before a flow of black energy flowed into the Shadow Band from the shattered remains, and the transformation dispelled. "It seems...magic must defeat magic."

Before Kakeru could respond, his shadow stretched out, and then rose from the ground, taking solid form. "Boy, I'll say. Gave that mutt a right whuppin'." The shadow being spoke with the same voice that spoke in Kakeru's head, causing him to spin around to face it and glare. "What are you?" Kakeru growled.
