"Fine." Salem said. His left eye sparkled for a moment, and Claudia's sleeping body appeared floating in the air beside him. His right eye twinkled, and Claudia was bound in a latex suit that bent her arms and legs double and bound them that way, as well as attaching a hood that only exposed her eyes. The final touch was a pair of cat ears that popped up on top of the hood. "I know you two are into this kind of stuff, so there." He deposited her still-sleeping form on the floor.

Claudia mumbled in surprise, looking around for a moment. She was still a little bit hungover, so it took her a second to realize her predicament. She sat up and wiggled her arms a little bit, mumbling.
Salem merely looked on. He didn't give much of a damn what the two did in their free time, but he needed to work on Kakeru's magic.

"I'm going to teach you to properly harness your magical ability." Salem said. "In a way that doesn't result in the immediate, painful death of you and everyone around you."
Claudia looked at Salem strangely. Why the hell was her cat talking?

"Right, y'mentioned that part. I still don't quite follow." Kakeru eyed the cat, getting a sense that he was more than meets the eye.

Salem sighed. "I don't understand how I could be more clear." He began speaking slowly, as if he were speaking to a child, and making exaggerated gestures with his front paws, sitting back on his hind legs. "Me teach you magic, so you no end reality."

"Interesting. Well then, let's see if this works." Kakeru grinned, and pulled out a laser pointer, wiggling the light around in front of Salem.

Salem's eyes followed the light for a moment, before a blast of force knocked the laser pointer from Kaki's hand. "Try it again and I'll do worse."
