Kaori got up and stretched. She had been napping next to the gravestone of some long dead soldier.
"Thanks for keeping me company while I slept, Nakamura-san," she bowed before collecting her pillow and walking off.
The sun was high in the sky and all seemed quiet in the graveyard. Kaori didn't like when things got too quiet, quiet usually meant nothing interesting was going on.
"Better see what Yoru is up to then~"

"Hey you would you stop following me?" Ayumi exclaimed to a nearby ghost who kept asking her which was was to Kyoto. She had repeatedly told the ghost numerous times, but it kept on asking her until she snapped at it. She didn't mind ghosts, heck she was probably even lucky if she managed to catch a ghost every now and again, even though she was a miko it didn't mean that she saw ghosts right, left and centre. But when she do...man it was so annoying. She passed the graveyard when she saw something from the corner of her eyes as her eye twitched when she saw Kaori sleeping next to a gravestone, "T-the hell?" she asked to herself.

Kaori didn't notice Ayumi and continued walking down the path while whistling and kicking stones out of the way.
Though Kaori used to be a powerful Fangire, she was only human now and couldn't see things like spirits.
Though she had a habit of not seeing the living either being her usual absent minded self.

"Hey you..." Ayumi muttered to herself. Although she may sometimes hate the spirits she just couldn't stand people who either disrespected them or just wanted to test the boundaries, there are so many pranks and courage tests designed around these places that it was practically inviting evil spirits to torment you. She walked up to the girl and point-blank asked her, "What did you think you were doing?" she asked.

"Yeah exactly that. Why did you sleep next to a gravestone? Please do not tell me it's some sort of courage test or so kamis help me I will blow you to next week," Ayumi said in an angry tone.

"Taking a-" Ayumi rubbed her head and sighed, "and why do you always take a nap in a graveyard, next to a gravestone? There are things called beds you know," she said.

Was this girl stupid? "N-no that's not what I'm saying at all! I'm saying that you should sleep on a bed and not next to a gravestone, it's first creepy and secondly disrespectful towards the departed."

"That's not the point..." Ayumi said with a sigh, "look there are good ghosts and bad ghosts okay? Sometimes bad ghosts want to hurt the living so they try to attach themselves to people near them. Sleeping next to a gravestone is like inviting the ghost into you and that's very, very, very bad. Got it?"

Kaori grumbled, "Alright.. I won't do it again."
She of course said this while her fingers were crossed behind her back.
"What are you doing in the graveyard anyway? This courage test you wearing talking about earlier?"

"Good...too many of you girls fooling around with the occult," Ayumi said before looking at her, "me? I was just passing through here on the way home when I saw you waking up in a graveyard of all places. Don't you have an actual home to go to?"

"I was just heading there now," Kaori turned around and pointed to the creepy-looking, broken down old manor at the edge of the cementary, "That's it."
