Overview: Noland is irredeemably psychopathic. He tends toward the sarcastic and does somewhat enjoy humor, but no one knows what makes him laugh. Not even Noland. He’s just as liable to laugh at a video of a woman being raped as he is at someone falling down the stairs. He will often use words like “stabby” and “bonkers” to describe himself, and is very willing to make fun of himself.
If he deems someone annoying, criteria that aren’t exactly set in stone, he’ll do something about it. The exact activity varies, anything from tying the offender up and shoving them in a closet to trying to stab them to death with the nearest vaguely sharp object. He does have preferences, however; he won’t kill women, especially pretty ones.

Henshin Sequence: He cracks the neck of the fiddle open, activating one of Nero’s batteries and placing it in the newly revealed slot. He replaces the neck and announces “Kyoryu Change!” before beginning to play a lively tune on his fiddle. Once he finishes, Nero’s head pops out and bites down on him twice, forming his suit and helmet.

  Finisher(s): Sanity’s Flight- Not really a finisher, just more of an ability. He begins to play his fiddle, and the weapons of his enemies change into something completely random. Recorded instances of this effect on a normal gun have turned it into: a king cobra, a marching baton, a shotgun, a piece of plywood and a chair.
  Rome is Burning- His real finisher, he cracks the fiddle open again and inserts another Battery, causing the bow to light on fire. He begins to play again, focusing on his target, and they burst into flames, burning until there is nothing left.

Abilities: Nero can breathe fire and light his antlers on fire for attacks. He can also disrupt enemies in one of two ways; if the enemy is mechanical, he can induce major mechanical failure. If the enemy is organic, he can induce powerful hallucinations.

Noland doesn’t remember much of his own childhood, beyond a single incident; the day he stabbed his mother to death. He still remembers each and every moment of it, exactly how the knife plunged into her chest, parting flesh like wet tissue, the warm spray of blood on his face… But his father wound up taking the fall for that kill, and Noland went into the foster system. He was diagnosed with schizophrenia a few years after entering the system, and given Ritalin to try and stop it. He flushed the pills down the toilet instead of taking them.
When he was 16, he took his second life. In his foster home, his older brother Chet was an asshole, constantly bullying Noland. He didn’t think much of it until he discovered Cheat was raping his sister, Amelia. They found his body in a ditch two weeks later. Autopsy indicated he’d been stabbed 27 times in the chest with a kitchen knife, which they found in the same ditch. The rain had washed away any fingerprints.
From that day on, Noland embraced his clinical psychopathy. He enjoyed it. He also began developing his aversion to annoying people. When he was 17, his foster sister Gracie was annoying him, so he put on a ski mask and did something about it. They found her tied with duct tape in a closet. When he finally got out of the system, he took up a job with the local criminal syndicate as a hitman. He began burning bodies to dispose of them, since it was the best way to get rid of the evidence, and this led to him developing a bit of a fascination with fire. He began dabbling in arson, and around the same time, began theorizing that he might need something to help him calm down, when it wasn’t socially acceptable to be all stabby-stabby-slice-n-dice. So he took up the fiddle, after reading a book about old Roman emperors and deciding he liked Nero.
One day, he lit a warehouse on fire, and as he was watching it burn, something emerged from the flames. It was a small bag with Nero’s five batteries in it. Nero bonded with Noland, and converted his fiddle into something Noland could use to transform into Nero’s champion. Noland was completely fine with the idea, and in fact quite enjoyed the power he now wielded. Recently, he’s begun hiring his services out to other enterprises besides the criminal syndicate.
