It was a somewhat unmarked building. It had a small attachment on the upper level that looked house-like. Thorne went around to the side door and opened it, beckoning to her.

"This is where I work, and live," he said. He walked over to a stool and put his notepad down, "I'll make that in the morning," he commented. There were necklaces hanging on different racks, rings mounted on different hooks, and other pieces of jewelry in various states of completion in the warehouse section.

"I expected something more like an actual jewelry shop..." Taylor muttered, looking at the jewels. There were so freaking many; this guy must be either rich as hell, or have his own personal diamond mine.

"We have an outlet store," he said, "This is just where we make things."
Truthfully they started in debt and with loans. They'd manage to get somewhat out of that, but it was really touch and go for the most part.
