Simon looked at the sword mounted on the wall. If nothing else, that was pretty cool, having medieval items decorating this house. Of course, the weapons were off limits for obvious reasons, but they made nice pieces. It almost made it worthwhile to Simon to be stuck here.

Luci was sitting on the couch, a pair of massive sound-cancelling headphones on her head, watching Casablanca for about the eighth time. It had to be one of her favorite movies of all time. She couldn't hear a thing of the outside world.

After getting bored, Simon walked into the room and saw her sitting there. He came up behind the couch and leaned on it, looking over her head, just barely not touching her.

She paused the movie and pulled her headphones off, looking Simon in the eyes in the reflection of her screen. "Yes?"

He moved closer and tried to get an arm around her.
