Overview: Neil Wotan may seem like your typical drunken, high all the time, skirt chasing (though he'll really he'll have sex with practically living thing), asshole party boy, but he's more than that. He's the son of a powerful CEO and has severe mommy issues. When the situation calls for it, though, he can be downright ruthless and cunning. So don't let that party-boy billionaire image fool you, he's a man to watch out for. He's the next CEO of Yggdrasil.

Once the charge is complete, seconds before the trigger is pulled, the ball takes the form of an Asian lung's head, and shots are fired at high speeds, with each shot taking the form of a flying Asian lung.

Neil Wotan rarely if ever saw his father. He was mostly in Japan overseeing his company while Neil was raised in America by his mother. His mother was a horrible drunk and would often cheat on her husband. She was what one could describe as a bitch and her raising of Neil left emotionally and mentally scarred to this day.

Neil was fifteen when his mother passed away. He wasn't sure how and he never did find out. He came to Japan after that to live with his father in the city he build up from the ground - Zawame. His father was everything his mother wasn't to him - kind and caring, but that didn't mean he didn't have problems of his own when it came to raising Neil. His voice sounded kind to the naked ear, but Neil could tell it pained his father to even be in the same room with him. He looked too much like his mother..

Neil was twenty when he met the man named Takatora Kureshima. His own father worked for Neil's father and it seemed Takatora would follow in his footsteps. Seeing himself in Takatora, Neil attempted to befriend him, though with Takatora's personality they didn't seem to really be friends. Even though Neil continued to pester him while Takatora rose through the ranks to become COO while Neil partied his ass off, not seeming to care at all if he was going to become the next CEO or not.

He's been gone from Zawame for a year now, partying it up all over Europe. With the increase in riders in Zawame, his father has called him back to the city with the promise of a gift..
