As it says in Ucchi's profile, he was resurrected by a powerful evil. It's true name and identity is a secret for now, but many refer to it as The Necromancer.
I think it would be cool if there was some sort of chosen one destined to defeat him.
He (or she) can be anyway you want really, but must be MagiRed.
