She could have gone home, but she chose not to. No, not yet. She still had other things to accomplish, even if this was Christmas. She was still in London, but she really had nothing to celebrate. She just felt alone for now. Normally that was alright, but...today it just felt wrong.

Minami was in London once again in her "day job" as a lounge singer. As tempting as it was to steal from someone who came to see her shows... t was Christmas. Not only did she not want to ruin it, but even if she had stolen something, the robbed would have just gotten something new anyway. Sighing, she stepped out from the club she was performing at, pulling on a coat over her red dress (she hadn't bothered to remove it or her hair extensions) and began walking across the snow-covered London streets.

Snow was something she didn't miss. She usually tried to spend the winter in a warmer climate, but London was just so beautiful, especially at Christmas... She stopped and crouched down so she could roll a small snowball, but she wasn't sure what to do with it. She threw it into an alley, which startled a cat, which bolted.
"Oh...sorry!" she called after it.

Of course, it wasn't the noise of it hitting a cat that caused it to startle; it was the sound of it hitting Minami, who had decided to take a shortcut through the alley. When the snowball hit her face, she screamed and flailed around a bit, knocking over a few trash cans before she fell to the ground.

She hadn't even realized it had hit a person until the cat was gone. Then she was about to go, but looked back. "Oh! I'm so sorry!" she yelled as she ran over, "You're ok, right? It was just snow..."

"It hit my face..." Minami said, brushing the snow off her face. Unfortunately, this was due to her rather short stature... If it were anyone else, it probably would have hit their chest.
