Natsumi was the only one currently at the mansion besides her father...Saeko was at Digal Corp, one of the front machines, Wakana was at Windwave Radio, and Yami was...somewhere. Where were they at a time like this? There'd been a break-in, and a fine necklace of hers was stolen. From a room where she had secretly set up a recorder to monitor it. A bystander called the police after seeing the man escape, which was the same for Natsumi, but she turned them away, and when they sent a detective instead, she relented a bit, waiting inside the main foyer, tapping her high heeled shoes impatiently, being dressed up in a black business suit.

Shotaro and Nagano arrived after a short period of time. It didn't sound too important, a rich family having presumably one item stolen from them. But it was their jobs, as almost trivial as this was. Put up some more security, replace it, let them get on with more important jobs. But whatever.
Nagano walked in first, showing his badge. Shotaro walked behind him with hands thrust into his longcoat's pockets, taking glances at the interior of this place without a word.
"Tessai, Nagano," Nagano told her, "And this is Hidari, Shotaro. We were sent here regarding a theft."

Natsumi looks at the two of them, finding her eyes resting peculiarly on the other one for about a split second before nodding. "Yes of course, Tessai-san. If the two of you'll follow me I'll show you the room and answer any questions you have." When they would arrive, from the evidence present, it would appear like an impossible crime...

"How did this happen?" Nagano asked, "Are you aware of anything amiss? An open window, broken door?"

"We were caught unaware." Natsumi gave. "The mansion was clean. No broken doors or open windows. Yet somehow the thief got in." She of course, had an idea of what it might be, but it wouldn't do to mention that in front of the detectives.

"Do you mind if we look around the entire mansion?" he asked her, while Shotaro walked around the room a little, looking around.

"Go ahead. I will be in my room for a few minutes." Natsumi nodded to them, heading upstairs. It's not like they'd find anything in the intricate hidden web that was their mansion. The parts that were visible were simply complete layouts, and no one would have gotten in through there. The hidden parts were even more secure

Shotaro headed one way, and his friend the other. Shotaro observed everything he could, but nothing felt out of place. Granted, he didn't know what would be "out of place" here, but he had some ideas as of what it would look like. He went to every window, every possible point of entrance on this side, but nothing seemed off. Of course, a smart burglar would close their point of entrance afterwards.
As he stepped into the bathroom he glanced around, seeing a window a bit higher than normal. It was slightly open: point of entrance? He climbed up to get a better view, and began to look around that window.

The point of entry was open about six inches. No way for anything normal to get inside. He'd find some type of residue there, but if he tried touching it, it would simply disappear.

"Hm..."
That wasn't normal, but it was all there was. Something had to be going on here. Fuuto was known for its Dopants, so that was a viable place to start the investigation. But just what sort could do that?
A point of exit would be nice to have as well. He walked out of the room to go and find the Sonozaki woman again. She might have heard from someone else what the exit point was.

The girl had just stepped out of her room, wearing brown shoes, blue jeans, and a loose Hawaiian shirt, with a shorter violet sweater on over that and a blue scarf. Pausing at the edge of the stairs, she keeps her glasses on, looking around the foyer. Hopefully her father won't take issue with this.

"By chance did anyone see where the intruder escaped from?" Shotaro called to her as he ascended the stairs. Of course she'd know, had someone seen. Being the presumed head of this household (at least with any other family members absent, which was rather obvious) she'd have been told.

She blinks, looking at him. There was something about him that she couldn't quite put her finger on. But it didn't matter. Shaking her head softly. "No, It happened while my father and I were eating. I went to check up on things, and found that. And then before I called you, I looked around the mansion. No unusual exit points that I could see.."

"So nobody saw anything? None of your servants?" he asked. He guessed it was possible for one to have seen it, but not bother reporting it. After all, it's not like all servants must love the people paying them.

"Sou..none of them. Several were in the main hall, others were attending the grounds at the time, only two were in the house other than that." She looks at him. "But before this, did you find anything?"
