"Well, we still have a lot of Zourima to deal with." Taylor said. "But the monster does seem to be more important."
Another Zourima charged at them, but it seemed different. It had an actual sword in its hand instead of shield-like weapon the Zourima usually carried.

It kicked for his side, and Taylor slipped between them, pumping one, two, three rounds into its chest and killing it instantly.
"NOOOO!" The monster screamed.
"Come out and fight us already!" Taylor yelled.

Thorne span around and loosed ice waves from his sword at the other Zorima while she yelled.

Another Zourima charged at Taylor, brandishing a brush. "That's certainly new." Taylor muttered, dodging its first swing and pistol-whipping it in the face. |

Thorne continued to cut through the waves of Zourima, leaving that one to her.

"Certainly garish. Wouldn't you agree, Thorne?" Taylor asked, dodging another strike and kicking it to knock it back.
"I am the most Beautiful Zourima in the Deboss Army! How dare you insult me!" It screeched, charging again.

Taylor was beginning to regret insulting this thing, as it was attacking with incredible speed and strength. She was totally on the defensive, and more and more regular Zourima swarmed forth, all attacking Thorne.
