Helheim - a mysterious forest in another dimension, only a select few know it's secrets and even then there still much to learn. Named after the realm in Norse mythology.
Helbuar - the fruit that grow on the trees in Helheim. Eating them is not advised. Named after the name for the residents of Hel in Norse mythology.
Cracks - portals to Helheim that take the shape of open zippers. Their frequency in Zawame has been increasing lately, possibly due to the increase in Sengoku Driver activity. Yggdrasill has their own permanently open in the heart of the Yggdrasill tower.
Invess - the residents of Helheim, feral creatures whose sole observable instinct is to seek out Helbuar and devour them, attacking anything that gets in its way. They begin as the pupa-like Elementary Invess before evolving into the much stronger Evolved Invess after devouring Lockseeds.
Lockseeds - Converted Helbaur fruit invented by Paul Herbert, Head of Research and Development, and conceived by Jack Wotan, CEO, along with the Sengoku Driver. Can be used to summon an Invess into our world and controlled. Dropping or damaging the Lockseed will cause the Invess to fully manifest into our world in what we call a Berserker State. Lockseeds are ranked D to A.
Rotting - the process that occurs to any Lockseed, causing them to be no longer usable after a certain amount of time has passed. Absorbing the essence of a defeated Invess is the only way to rejuvenate said Lockseed.
Lockvehicles - Special Lockseeds creating using the Helbuar buds instead of fully formed fruit. When activated by someone wearing a Sengoku Driver, they grow and transform into vehicles capable of traveling to Helheim after reaching a certain speed.
Sengoku Driver - Devices that allows one, in conjunction with a Lockseed, to summon armor from Helheim and become an Armored Rider. They are created using the bark from the Helheim trees. Once used by a person, the belt is bio-locked and can not be used by anyone else. Every belt has a hidden built in tracking device that allows Yggdrasill to keep an eye on their users. The Pre-Arms suit is unique for each Driver.
Armored Riders - The designation for the users of the Sengoku Driver and Lockseeds, sometimes called "Kamen Riders" by outsiders. Their role in Yggdrasill's plans is a mystery though it is clear they are guinea pigs for some sort of experiment.
Musou Saber - the standard side-arm of most Armored Riders. A sword that doubles as an energy pulse gun.
"Mega" Lockseeds - special Lockseeds created using multiple Helbuar that summon rather large armors that gives Armored Riders access to powerful mechanized forms. Unlike typical Lockseeds, they are unusable after a single use and require a significant amount of recharge time. They are not subjected to the rotting process.
