Overview:
Tear is a woman with a good heart and wants to be there to help people. She likes people, but would rather spend time alone, or with one or two really good friends. She’s intelligent and quick witted, sly, and has no real problems using people against each other, especially if it means getting by.

During part of her life, Tear acted as a thief, and showed no real problems with it. She has a code of honor and ethics; she’d only steal from the rich or corrupt, and would often use that money for charitable purposes as well as for herself. She has no real problem with still doing this, although she does get into trouble with her superiors now.

As a psychic, she’s sensitive to people’s emotions and thoughts. She tries not to pry into people she knows, but has fewer qualms using her abilities on random people she encounters, and any enemies she may have. She uses her abilities primarily for intelligence purposes within Interpol. She’s not allowed at some facilities within Interpol due to her abilities.

Tear is kept on a bit of a short leash at times, usually confined to her home and the area around it and any assigned areas she’s sent to. Her powers make her a bit of a problem for Interpol, but she wants her freedom, although she has no other place to go. Interpol is all she has now, and she doesn’t like it. She dreams of freedom, and the life she had lived before encountering the organization. She never wanted any of this; she never wanted to be a fighter, she never wanted to be a dog of Interpol.

Tear has problems with other women. She can befriend them, but she doesn’t like to. She’s more comfortable around men for some reason, perhaps because she doesn’t like the swings of women’s emotions, or their thought processes, most of the time, and finds men easier to handle in that regard.

Henshin Sequence: She twists the dial, causing the glasses to deploy and for a purple aura to start circling around her body in the form of code. The Brace states “It’s Morphin Time!” at the same time she does as she lifts the glasses in front of her eyes, causing his helmet to appear and for the glasses to form the eyes of the helmet.

  Fighting Style: Variant Blue holds super strength abilities, so her fighting style as Blue relies more on physical power and stronger blows to anywhere on the body, but more focused on the upper torso and head. She still relies on agility and swiftness, however.
  Weapons: Ichigan Buster: a camera which becomes a firearm. Capable of being used as a camera to read energy signatures and the like via pictures or looking through it in video function mode. As a sidearm it fires data-like yellow shots. By changing the F/Stop she can change how powerful the weapon is by changing the Aperture of the camera. The lower the F/Stop, the stronger the blast. The higher, the smaller and more refined the blast. He can change the ISO settings to draw in more power from the environment; any sort of power compatible with the weapon, such as Enetron.
  
• Sougan Blade: a pair of binoculars which can read energy signatures from a distance when in use, and zoom in and out. It becomes a long combat knife for close range battle.
  
• Ichigan Buster Special Mode: the combination of both weapons, able to fire a stronger blast which is meant to be a kill shot.
  
• Transpod: hitting it allows her to summon her arsenal to the field.

Abilities: In Blue mode, she has super strength. Naturally she has heightened stats, and a HUD.

Fighting Style: Swift and agile, focused on hitting vital spots on the enemy. She often only uses her jumping ability to clear distances instead of using it in real battle.

Transformation: After more than three minutes in either form above, this form automatically occurs. Code flies around her, but it’s violent red in color now, and flickering. Her suit becomes corrupted by the Vaglass code.
Fighting Style: Brutal, going for the face mostly with super strength attacks

Abilities: Same as before, but with massive strength boosts surpassing Blue’s. She can also hurl energy attacks from her hands.
Finisher(s): Panther’s Kiss; she lifts her hand to the mouthpiece of her helmet, builds up raging violet energy in an instant, and hurls it forward. It forms like a panther and rips through the target.

Tear’s mother was a part of Interpol, and she gave her daughter for experimental tests soon after Tear was born. Due to these tests Tear slowly was set to develop psychic abilities over the first few years of her life. After being born, Tear was only with her mother and others undergoing similar experiments.

Tear grew up with these other children and their parents (Tear’s father had died apparently) and they all set about learning about their powers and going through early life, such as school and friends. The hardest problem for Tear was completely controlling her empath abilities, and they went somewhat out of control.

When she hit twelve she learned proper control of her abilities with help from her mother and her coaching on how to focus. She continued on with her life, trying to figure out what to do with herself, but was still unaware of why she had these powers or about Interpol.

At eighteen, after she graduated high school, she learned about Interpol and the psychic program. Many of the others had either died or been underdeveloped, but Tear had fully developed her powers. Tear had no interest and fled, entering a life of thievery, robbing the rich and using their money to live her life, along with her powers. She did what she could for charities and the like, contributing, because she felt for them. She kept a lot of the money and tried to live under the radar.

After a few months like this, Interpol caught up to her and detained her. She was brought back and underwent training to become an agent, so physical training to go along with her mental training that she continued. Her developed powers meant that they kept her away from certain areas and certain individuals, due to what she could learn with her powers.

When she turned twenty two she was given a Morphin Brace and a suit that was built out of Vaglass and Interpol technology. Their intent was to see if her powers could theoretically overcome the viral nature of the Vaglass technology, but it couldn’t, at least not yet. Regardless, she was given it to keep and made a Ranger.

Now all Tear wants is to get away from Interpol and lead a normal life. She never wanted any of this to begin with.
