During the time W was in pre-production, one idea for the city was going to be "Suito", a city of water, similar to Venice. It changed due to budget concerns, but it's still an awesome idea.
Suito is going to be a city set in Japan (obviously, due to the city's name), a Japanese Venice of sorts, where monsters called Mirages lurk, impersonating and killing people for some as of yet unknown plan. Aquatic Kamen Riders are there to fight back (Aqua, Poseidon), of course, but the Mirages grow in power and evolve to overcome these abilities.
I've reserved Aqua for myself. Of course, there's custom Riders that can be used or photoshops and stuff. Anyone else interested?
