First off, no, I'm not describing right away someone who would be an ideal shipping partner or anything like that. I'm not just looking for one person to "claim" this spot, I'm looking to do this as Jcink sites do it, because it's a really good way of doing things. I'm going to describe Noa and things about her, and then see what people have to say in response. This doesn't just mean a boy for her, this can also mean friends, enemies, etc.
Noa has dreams of being a fashion designer, and has some level of talent in that field, but hasn't gotten her chance yet. She's basically given everything for this dream, and has no backup plans or any desire to change them. She's an intelligent girl who just wants to help people, and has a strong sense of sentimentality, even if not her own. If she finds something personal that was discarded she has a habit of picking it up and taking it with her as a way to try to keep that alive, and has no understanding of why people would discard personal objects.

Friends: Noa is rather friendly and tries to make friends with people as often as she can. If you ask her for help with fashion, she'll jump right in, but can become an enemy as well (see below). She's going to try to help people, and will try to make a connection as she does so. She is rather friendly and intelligent, and can usually see through people just trying to use her, and is observant on if people are being genuine or not. She looks for that genuine element.
Enemies: Due to Noa's belief that people should help each other, a good way to get on her bad side is to, well, not help other people and be an asshole or jerk. Also, if you ask her for her help and then get angry at her methods, she's not going to like you, because in her mind all she was doing was helping. If you're successful or rich and you flaunt it, she's going to get really pissed really fast.
Lovers: Noa's had bad experiences with men, and she really sucks at relationships because of an innate level of selfishness that she just hates, but is arguably needed at times. She's also been taken advantage of by her last boyfriend (technically raped). If you're a good person and open and upfront, she'd be much more open to having a good response sent back your way. If you're open about just wanting to sleep with her or something, well, no. That's the bad way of being open.
